This hotel is very well located. It is easy to find off the highway and within walking distance to all the attractions at Niagara Falls. It was only about a 7 minute walk! Staff were friendly too!

The location is good-healthy walk to the falls. We got 2 rooms. One had lots of mold in the bathroom. The tub didn't drain. THe other room tv didn't work. They fixed the drain & replaced the tv but we were charged a lot of money. THe mold was never cleaned. No remotes for tv. THe hostess at breakfast put the last of the coffee in her cup as I was approaching to get my first cup. It took 10 minutes for them to get more coffee. The rest of the staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms near the falls are expensive on summer weekends but this was WAY overpriced.

I really expected to find bugs in my room. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds because the mattresses were so old and lumpy. The other couple we went with asked for a wake up call and never got it. Breakfast buffet was pancakes, scrambled eggs, and a big bowl of fruit cocktail. Whoopee.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had 3 different rooms due to maintanance issues. The rooms are what you should expect from what is probably the cheapest hotel in the area. The stairwells leading to the pool is filthy and the pool its self is dirty. The staff wasn't very helpful with the exceptions of the restaurant staff and Salvadore the front desk manager. The food in the restaurant is great and very reasonably priced for the area. It is about a mile walk to actually see the falls. The tourist area is also about a mile walk. The casino is very close although I am not sure I would want to walk it after dark. Bottom line is that this is an older hotel that has not been taken care of and most of the staff doesn't seem to care. If you travel on a tight budget like me than you've probably stayed at a place like this before. It suits it's purpose. Would I stay here again? Yes because you need the money saved just to eat. Everything is very expensive. (example- Extreme slam breakfast 5.99 in Indiana but 9.99 in Niagara)

Arrived and room was not cleaned by staff, moved to another room. Valance was falling off wall, bathroom was dingy, bed was uncomfortable, trash under bed, windows and verandah were filthy (you'd think they'd spruce it up--along with the roof since we had a water view), verandah door was really hard to open and there were no chairs to sit in anyway. We were just a few blocks from Niagara Falls and when we went to the front desk to get some basic tourist info. staff wasn't helpful. No shuttle was running--saw it sitting in the back end of the parking lot. Yuck.

This is your barebone decent place to spend the night while you spend away the day time taking in the beauty of the Niagara Falls. The location is convenient and you can reach the main entrance of the park easily in 10 minutes by foot.

There was way too many people at the front desk and yet it took really long time to get their attention and check in. The hotel hallways have a very unpleasant smell, combination of dust and mildew. Room has the same smell, only stronger. After only one night my pj picked up the smell I could still feel two days later at home. Bathrooms need serious upgrades and TV set from the early 1980s screems for change. Windows could use some washing and dusting too. Even though it is supposed to be a budget hotel, the price paid was in the range of better hotels - way too expensive for what they have to offer. On the positive side, it's really close to the Falls and the casino.

We got there late and you had to enter the place though swarms of bugs. We couldn't find an ice maker that worked. We were talking with our neighbors that also booked online and they were very disappointed. Our neighbors had ant hills in their rooms. We had spiderwebs. What we learned is some times it is better to pay a little more and know you are going to have a nice place.

If you need a less expensive room and do not mind where you sleep, this hotel might be a good choice. What happened to the hotel? The hotel used to be "Days Inn." The owner lost the hotel to his or her debtor(s). Now, A bank or banks temporarily operates the hotel. Negative things about the hotel: Therefore, the maintenance is not good. Conditions of rooms are not good. Molds are prevailing. Good things about the hotel: Close to Niagara Falls (in a walking distance) Cheap Free continental breakfast Very congenial staff Across the street, there is a river where you can do finishing or jogging. You can see the river.

The hotel was a disaster. My wife and I had a room on the 2nd floor (top floor) and it was raining in the hallway. They did not even have a bucket to catch the water. In our room we found a pair of socks laying on the floor and generally it was not clean. My wife felt uncomfortable and slept in her clothes. Unfortunatley we did not check in until close to midnight or we would have gone to another hotel. After this experience we vowed to never stay at a Days Inn again.

The hotel was not clean. It was very old- in some parts of the building the rooms did not having heating and air they had only one or the other for the entire part of the building. The floor in the bathroom was cracked the carpet was coming loose in the room. The windows looked like they had never been cleaned and this was a hotel with a view of the Niagara River. We were NOT happy and will not stay there again and probably not at a Days Inn hotel again.
