| The only problem I had was we booked a king size bed and got a standard. When I asked the front desk they told me the room was not available at the time of my request and could help me no further. I felt like maybe they could have checked at the time of our arrival to see if one had become available. Other than this the hotel is really nice with alot of ammenities.

| The hotel was nice. The only drawback was that you couldn't check in until 3pm (so we had to cart our bags all over Boston) and it wasn't close to the T. The hotel does run a shuttle every half and hour to the airport or the T station so you can get where you need to go. Getting back from town you either need to take a bus from the T station or take a cab.

| This hotel offers both wireless and plug-in high speed Internet in the rooms. There is also a little business center off the lobby with Internet and free printing. This was extremely helpful; we checked into our flight online and printed our boarding passes. We also used the shuttle service to the airport several times to connect to mass transit; the drivers were very helpful.

| The Hotel is nice enough weith a very friendly staff that helps you if you're not from the area. The only complaint is that its a bit outside of the city and you have to take the shuttle to the airport to grab the nearest "T". Other than that, I'd reccomend it.

| It was alright, they gave me a smoking room at first even though I asked for non-smoking. Offered me a suite to make-up for their mistake. Bed was comfortable enough and the second room was clean and did not smell like smoke at all.

| Good food in the restaurant, great room. I was expecting less from teh hotel based on location, but I had a very pleasing stay at the Wyndham. Good proximity to the Airport was the key.

| We stayed here to spend the night before we went to Logan and were pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered $10 parking up to 7 days and a free shuttle with a very professional driver. The staff was very friendly and professional but the hotel was dirty (room service in the hallway at 4pm until the am when we left). We did not get the large bed we wanted and got two double beds (what a way to start a romantic vacation). Chelsea is a sketchy area but our car was fine after 5 days. Overall, the staff was great, the bar was fantastic, and the room was clean. We will use this hotel again, especially for the parking and proximity to Logan.

| I was in Boston for a convention that had all the convention hotels booked. I picked the Wyndham Chelsea mainly because of its free airport shuttle service. This hotel was booked up as well. I unfortunately was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking one. The smell in the room was a bit much, but I got used to it. Also the Wireless internet connection that was advertized all over the hotel had a very weak signal on the top floor where my room was. Luckily, a wired connection was available and worked quite well. Access to the internet was free which was a good thing for me.

| The Wyndham Hotel in Chelsea, MA is a very affordable and beautiful hotel in appearance which leads a person to believe this would be a fantastic place to stay. Looks are deceiving. My fiance' and I arrived at Logan for a flight out the next day. I called for the hotel shuttle service and was told the van would be there in 15 minutes. 4 calls later I was told by the front desk I needed to go to the Logan departure drive up because the shuttle could not reach the arrival terminal. This was fine except no one communicated the situation to me on any of my calls. The weather was windy and rainy so we became wet waiting for the shuttle. The shuttle driver was less than friendly and actually did not speak to us and did not assist us with our baggage. When we arrived at the hotel we were assigned a room that was occupied and the front desk had our reservation incorrect and blamed the situation on Expedia. Luckily I had my CORRECT itineray printed out and presented it at check out.
