| My family and i stayed here on a Friday and a Saturday night, When we arrived we had requested a room facing Ohare Airport so we could enjoy the planes. We werent given one, but we were moved to one that had a great view of ohare airport. We had problems with the internet and it not working, but withing a few hours that problem was solved. The breakfast was very good, probably one of the best i'd seen in any hotel - I was a bit unpleased with the ammount of parking, there are only about 25 places on the ground level, but there is an underground garage, but its very low clearance, and it doesnt look safe. All the staff here was very helpful in helping us with directions and recomendations on where to order pizza and stuff like that. I wouldnt suggest riding the Metro Train into downtown, unless you are familar with big cities. My friends and I are planning a trip to Chicago after we graduate High School in June to stay at this hotel. I Strongly Recomend it.

| This is about your average hotel. Nothing too impressive. It looks old and there is some "dingy" smells in the halls. The room is nice and comfortable with plenty of room, a nice work table (high-speed access), and a second table across from the sink / microwave area. There is a great little Italian / Hot dog place across the street called Spuntiono. The hotel sits right next to I-90 - 2 miles from O'Hare.

| We only stayed one Friday night because of a late flight arrival. The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and an Outback Steakhouse on the first floor. Our AC was not working when we got there. However, by the time we returned from a quick bite to eat, their maintenance staff had looked at it and they had arranged for us to move to another room.

| We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a separate living area with a sleeper sofa. The indoor pool was clean and inviting. The expedia price was 1/3 of the regular room rate. Also, we left some items behind and they offered to ship them to us for free. The breakfast is not a contintental breakfast, it's a full breakfast bar. Top notch!

| Large, clean room, superior cont. breakfast, Outback Steakhouse attached. Great hotel (but not cheap). People could use some cust. service training.
