| Hotel allowed me to leave my vehicle on premises free of charge during my trip. Premises included shade to park under. They were willing to shuttle me to and from airport anytime, 24 hours/day. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

| We requested handicap room as my mother-in-law uses a walker and the room was near the elevator, but inside the room it was very difficult to maneuver past the bed to the bathroom and the toilet area was so small her walker could not fit in and then be able to shut the bathroom door. Not a very good place to accomodate anyone with a handicap.

| The only drawback was the movie service. It is very outdated and when more than a few people were watching movies, the system would be busy. They need to update their equipment.

| I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. The people were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was strategically located so that the major sites--e.g., convention center--in Salt Lake City were all within walking distance.The hotel restaurant makes an excellent steak!The Hilton Salt Lake City Center met my expectations for a hotel with the "Hilton" name attached to it.
