Tepid coffee, unfriendly staff, and run down rooms are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy at the Ramada Ltd. I only blame myself for staying here. I was lured by the low rate. If you are planning to stay near the ONT airport, do yourself a favor; spend the couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Not a bad place to stay... It was more like a motel than a hotel, which is fine, just not what I was expecting. The rooms were in need of new linens (cigarette burns, etc...) but I'm sure everything was clean and sanitary. The rooms were bigger than I was expecting, spacious even. If you are flying in to Ontario and need to stay nearby (Convention Center, etc...) this is worth a shot.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. I prepaid my stay through Expedia 4 weeks before my stay and requested a non-smoking room. The hotel verified that they did receive the request. When I arrived I was put in a smoking room that had an extremely strong smell of smoke. I complained to the desk and was told that they had no more smoking rooms available. I paid for my room 4 weeks in advance. That should have allowed them enough time to reserve a non-smoking room for me. I also noticed that throughout my stay the hotel seemed to be only about 50 % full. The parking lot was always half empty and there were a number of rooms with the curtains open and with no apparent occupant. In addition, the towels were very harsh feeling and thin. The remote control was held together by tape and I had to hold the batteries in while using the remote. The continental breakfast was very skimpy. It had only corn flakes or fruit loops, white bread, small sweat rolls, coffee and juice. There was no fruit, yogurt, or bagels and no artificial sweetener. Considering the all this, plus the noise from the trains and vehicles on the highway I feel that the hotel was very overpriced. It should have cost half of what I spent. This franchise location is definitely a black mark on the Ramada Company reputation.

Due to the NASCAR race in town, this hotel was all that was available. I would not have chosen it had others all been booked. The staff was helpful, but the hotel shows its age. The room stank of smoke had numerous cigarette burns in the furniture and carpet. Speaking of the carpet, it had many stains of unknown biological origin. However, the wireless internet connection was very strong and worked well. Overall, it was an experience I will strive to avoid repeating.

It's "limited" alright. If you treat your stay in the same way you would a "camping trip" then you'll enjoy your time there. Bring your own favorite soap, shampoo, and other toiletries as what they provide is sub par at best. The old expression still holds true today: "you get what you pay for".

I was not at all impressd with this hotel. With the name Ramada I was expecting a little better. I booked my room in October for a non-smoking room. When I walked into the room WOW what a smell. I asked to be moved, sorry we have no more rooms. I called from my cell phone and asked for a room.."no problem" they said. So they weren't sold out. The floors were cruddy the bathroom had hair in the corners of the floors. Flat pillows, bad TV. No not at all impressed. Only if you have no other choice would I stay here.

Dirtiest and most run down hotel I have every stayed at. There was hair in the bath tub and on the shower curtain. The sheets had holes. The ceiling was poorly patched. The wall paper was peeling. Light could be seen coming through the door. When the charger for a cell phone was plugged into the wall sparks shot out.

This hotel is the WORST I've ever stayed at, if you like the roar of the freeway, with 18 wheelers, making noise all through the night, this is your place. The rooms were filthy, the staff was none caring, I begging for another room and their reply was that rooms were assigned. Period. I tried to get another hotel-but the area was sold out. DO NOT STAY HERE-you will be more than sorry.I was stuck and had to try to sleep with noise plus in my ear and could still hear the roar from outside. DON"T DO IT EVEN IF THEY PAID YOU!!!!!

After a long flight for a much anticipated family vacation we arrived at this hotel shortly after midnight to find a hotel room I wouldn't let my dog sleep in. The carpets were filthy; the roof leaked; and, the best out of 4 rooms we looked at had a cockroach running up the wall. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
