My 9 year old daughter and I had a great stay at this hotel. If you love the water then this hotel is unsurpassed. They have several large swimming pools, one with a waterfall, as well as several hot tubs. The rooms were well kept and the service excellent. It was also in a great location as it was just a few hundred yards away from Sea World and Discovery Cove and only a few miles from Disney.

Very nice hotel. The property is a little bit more of a rectangle shape, so if you are at either end of the property, be prepared to walk. Very nice little shop with microwavable meals and other small foods. Property is very well kept and looks great; insode and outside.

The pictures that were presented when I booked this trip was the reason I chose the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. My daughter and I enjoyed the pools, the size of the room, the fully equipped kitchen, proximity to Sea World, and last but not least the wonderful jetted spa tub in the bedroom/bathroom. The staff was excellent and treated us like we were their only guests. Transportation to and from the airport was right on time. Getting into SeaWorld was a breeze and the complimentary shuttle service was great. We will definately stay here on our next trip to Orlando and it will be for more than a weekend.

Our room was quite a hike (about 3 minute walk) from the main swimming pools and the kiddie pools / deli / restaurants. On the up side, our building felt secluded and not so busy which was kind of nice. Very disappointed in the service, the concierge was not very knowledgable, the restaurant staff couldnt have been any slower. They did bring us a crib and a booster seat but beyond the room, the service wasnt too good. So, overall the room themselves were nice but to use any of their amenities wasnt too "vacationer" friendly.

Hotel was very nice and visually pleasing. Even the small rooms are comfortable and they have their own private porch. Many activities available for families and a HUGE pool with a neat waterfall for the kids plus an 18 and over pool for the adults (nice for people like myself with no children). I thought it was pricey considering the amount of actual time spent on premesis, I assume to cover the cost of all of the activities we didn't use. It was a very nice hotel though. I was impressed. I would stay again. The small rooms have a microwave, fridge, and dishes so we ate in a couple of times to save money. We bought Disney tickets at the hotel but would have actually saved money had we bought the hopper passes at Epcot.

We had a good vacation staying at the Hilton Resort. It's located almost half-way between Disney and Universal and about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport. Eveything is within a 15 minute drive. The property is gated, so only the people staying are allowed on the premises. There is plenty to do for the family. They have two family pools and one for adults only. The staff is really good and they go out of their way to make things as comfortable as possible. My only complaint was that the clother dryer seemed to be on its last leg. It took 3 cycles to dry a load of clothes. Everything else in the one bedroom villa was great.

The One bedroom suite is breathtaking with a very large whirlpool tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway. However, you will get pelted your first day with phone solicitations from the marketing dept to come to a timeshare presentation (counted 4 phone calls in 10 minutes). My husbandand I only went for the weekend and we were very bothered by telemarketers waking us up on our first day there. If buying into a time share is your thing, than this might be a good one to go see. If I knew in advance, I would have booked another hotel.

This was our first family trip with our 2 kids:9 months and 21 months. the hotel was in a great location. close to all the parks (across the street from Sea World) but not in a busy highway...the hotel is beautiful and the room, i was pleasantly surprised. the upgrades were in great taste. the room was clean. the service was good, but at checkin i ordered a crib and highchair and i had to go back b/c they had gotten the room wrong....and i couldn't work the phone to call the front desk....maybe it was me..i don't know b/c i never found out how it worked. another surprise, maid service everyday. the black binder in the room specified maid service after the 3rd day if staying for over 7 days, so i wasn't expecting and tidying up..but when i got back to the room...the place was picked up and beds were made. very family oriented. the people that stay there seemed like decent people. no loud parties....overall great experience. would definately recommend and return...oh, i was concerned when the expedia website mentioned construction on site...i was worried there would be noise...but it was great. they are building a new tower but it's far enought away from the other buildings not to bother anyone....good pool and lounge area too....Have fun!

We were in town for a conference at a nearby hotel and basically just needed a place close that we could drop our stuff. The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sea World met and exceeded those needs. Easy checking, nice staff, cool extras like a kitchenette and DVD player in-room. Restuarant (if you can use that term as its more of a bar with snacks) was strangely lacking but there are a multitude of cuisine choices just a short drive away in International Drive. The hotel is also very close to all the Disney resorts.

Our family spent a week at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sea World and we had a great experience. We had the two bedroom suite and we had every creature comfort that our family (including a 5 year-old and a 2 year-old) could want and need. A few special nice touches included the spa tub, the washer and dryer, the full kitchen, three televisions with cable and a DVD player, two screened-in balconies and even a mini stereo! We would definitely stay at this hotel again, or choose another HGVC location, should one exist where we vacation next.

We originally went down in 2003 as a potential time share purchaser. The room was perfect. This time, 2005, we went simply as a renter. Don't get me wrong, the place is beautiful and the pool area is great. The room was really nice but not as perfect as the first time. Although any complaint was addressed immediately and adequately by the staff.

We had a two bedroom suite. Spacious, decorated nicely, complete kitchen (coffee, filters provided),washer & dryer(our housekeeper left laundry powder daily!),huge TV in living room area,2 terraces (one off the main living area, other off the smaller bedroom). The smaller bedroom was great- great for a Grandma & Grandpa if they are traveling w/the family...their own private terrace, sitting area (sofa, table & chairs) w/tv, queen bed, large closet, roomy bath and a small fridge & micro in that room (yes, this is in addition to the kitchen). They can close the door and get away if they need to. Master bedroom lovely -jacuzzi, vanity area- slider door to oversized bathroom. Lots of closet space throughout.Clean, but I must say they need to do a heavy cleaning- just in the corners of the floors, etc.-overall very clean. Housekeeping was called and they responded immediately. Maintenace was called for lightbulbs and a broken toilet- they were at the door in a flash. I have never been so impressed. Pools are great. Activities are grea - my 6 year old son loved going to the "Dive-In"- a movie viewing while hanging in the pool. There is a theatre and movies play almost 2X daily. Activities for kids. Food on site was casual and just fine.Go off site if you are looking for something fancy. We will be going back to this place. We were so comfortable there. Very nice. Yes, a time share/ownership opportunity - but they don't push it! Stay here - it is a great cost value for Orlando!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The rooms as exactly as shown on the website. Very spacious, nice, and clean. It is a perfect suite for a family with small kids to spread out and not be on top of each other. The screened balcony was very nice and we had a terrific view. The access to I4 was wonderful for running back and forth to the Disney parks. It couldn't have been any easier. The pools were great, and although we did not take advantage of them on this trip, we noticed many activities going on daily. Just a really great place to stay. We can't wait to go back.

Please note, if you're a traveler who values cleanliness, polite staff, adequate service then this MOTEL is not for you. When we arrived at our King Bed Suite, we found the bed linens in our room were filthy. We had to call the front desk using our cell phone (the quick dial function on the phones do not work, nor does dialing 0 - how cheap is that!). The front desk was very rude and impatient - they placed their phone down before I finished speaking. 2 hours later at 10:00PM maid service arrives. Bless her soul for trying but each sheet she placed on the bed had nasty black machine/boot stains on it. She must have gone in and out of the room 5 times to get clean linens from her trolley. She explained that the laundry service was to blame for the persistent stains. The bed side lamps do not work either. Do not expect the concierge to be knowledgable about activities/events/dining in or outside Orlando. Prepare to be gouged by the Bermuda Concession deli. $15 for a 12 capsule pack of Advil! If you like stale overpriced snacks this is for you. The only thing made fresh daily at this hotel is their sloth and arrogance. This hotel will dissapoint you. Don't let the Hilton brand name fool you or make a FOOL of YOU. This is a low class establishment, operating mostly as a time share anyway. There is a reason why this hotel is consistently given low grades by discerning guests. I should have done my research!
