| All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I stayed at this hotel the night before my cruise set sail and it was perfect. We got to the hotel and went directly to the pool. It was a really relxing environment and the bar on the poolside provided a menu, which is where we had dinner immediately after taking a swin!

| Hotel is not the newest but they keep it in good shape. The view of the cruise ships and other large watercrafts were a nice feature. Close to the major highways defiantly made it easy to travel to and from.

| Best Western Marina Inn and Yacht Club has a great location, adequate restaurant (very convenient and good wait staff) and a beautiful pool area, but all are a little run down and could use a facelift. For the price, this hotel is in an excellent location and has adequate amenities to make it a good value, if you want to stay near a marina and have beach and A1A strip access. It was a great property for families with children, the pool is conveniently located and large enough for several guests, but again, while the landscaping was magnificent, the pool and surrounding area really needs a good facelift.

| rooms have the basics. 2 desk chairs, a desk, TV and bed. Nothing special. Convenient to marina and convention center. Across the bridge there are more options for restaurants, shopping etc. Would stay on other side of bridge next time.

| The rooms are tiny, almost clausterphobic feeling. They do have free shuttle service to the convention center, which was nice. They have an in-house restaurant, which we couldn't try for breakfast because the power went out on the property. There's no restaurants that were within walking distance. Service was fine. The rooms were just unexpectedly too small for us. For boaters, this place would be convenient as it is right on the marina.

| Besides the complimentary airport & pier shuttle, not too much was going for this hotel. It needs a MAJOR renuvation. It looks like not much has been done since it was opened. It looks like a hotel from the 1960's.The restaurant service was terrible. Customers were waiting a very long time to pay their bills as well as those trying to be seated. I don't know if they were understaffed or a general lack of customer service.
