| Our first time. We had a wonderful time. The staff were most gracious and indeed very helpful. The beach was beautiful. The hotel is well worth the trip!

| Hotel was clean and beautiful. Make reservations for reserved restaurants several days in advance, they fill up quick. They sometimes had trouble keeping food replenished at the buffets, especially poolside. Food was generally good but not excellent. After 3 requests, we never got someone to come reset our room safe, so we couldn't use it.

| Our family of four enjoyed the generous service, good food and all around enjoyable hotel. Room was fine, we were never in it as the hotel had activities from morning to night and was right on the beach. Conveneient to town of Playa Del Carmen and shops or nightlife.

| Lots of kids there, but they were generally well behaved. The italian restaurant isn't that good, but the oriental one was quite nice. We were told the beach has lost a lot of its sand in the hurricane, and the waves were too choppy for any water sports. Go see some ruins - Tulum was beautiful.

| We have to vote two thumbs up for the all inclusive. We have teens and the fact that they could eat and drink anytime they wanted was wonderful. We were lucky to have a beach at this hotel, after the hurricane, not all the beach front hotels had access to the beach.

| Stayed for a week. Restaurants were okay and they did a nice job of changing up the buffet every night. The food was okay but not as good as other places I have stayed. Service was uneven. Some of the staff were great and others had terrible customer service skills (particulary the staff that works in the lobby). Enjoyed the stay, but would not make a return trip. Area highly recommended, stay at a nicer resort if you can afford it.
