| My family and I enjoy staying there during our ski trips - the girls love the pool, and the restaurant serves their favorite chocolate chip pancakes. My husband and I enjoy the beautiful surroundings and accomodations.

| The restaurants were excellent(service and food). The rooms were spacious. Would have preferred king size bed to doubles. Good location.

| We enjoyed our stay. It is too bad that the beds are all double. We would prefer Queens, but the rooms are not very large and two queens would be a squeeze. The bathrooms are nice and we were able to get connecting rooms. The hotel has lots of options for eating and is right by the tram. There is a great walking path to town.

| This hotel is located in a pristine, beautiful setting and that is its best asset. Staff is friendly, but the attention to details need to improve. Maid service extremely slow, elevators even slower, and please clean the cobwebs off of the bear and the antlers in the lounge! Just our luck that the pool was "out of order" the main day we wanted to use it. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. And while it is not the hotel's fault, parents need to watch over their kids better. More of a staff presence would help with this.
