| I frequently need to travel to Sacramento on business and will stay at the Vagabond if at all possible. It is walking distance from the train station, the federal and most state buildings, and Old Sac. Occasionally my family comes with and visits the train museum in Old Sac (one of the best in the California). Other than the location convenience, I prefer the Vagabond because: The staff are friendly and competent, the rates are excellent, they serve a *wonderful* free breakfast (including belgian waffles!), every room has high speed internet (no fee), a microwave, and a refrigerator, the rooms are quite comfortable (my wife liked the pillows so much, she bought some for our house).

| The service was excellent and the breakfast was good. The beds in our room were not very comfortable, however, the room was very clean. The refri9gerators and microwaves are very handy.
