| My fiance and I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot wait to go back. I was somewhat taken aback by others reviews as this is such a lovely hotel. We had no problems whatsoever and would highly recommend this hotel while staying in Idaho Falls!

| The hotel staff was great. The room was spacious & the view was awesome! We ordered room service from the restaurant one time and definately would not do that again.

| The on site restaurant was great in this hotel. And staff was very helpful. I would and will go back to this hotel!

| This is not a really nice hotel, although it has a great location next to the falls. I do not know if there is a better place in town.

| The only staffing evident was the person at the check in desk and a maid in the morning. The restaurant was closed even though it was Mother's Day. Loved the view of the falls, make sure that you choose that side, ohters in our party did not.

| I reserved a king riverview, got a double queen semi-riverview. There was a coffee cup on the balcony and a hair clip in the chair from previous guests. The bathroom door where everyone grabs it was very dirty with fingerprints. The room was a great size and the hotel facilities were excellent. I would hope I just had an off room day.

| The Red Lion was rated as a 3 Star hotel, but we have stayed in 2 Star hotels that were better maintained. There was paint peeling under a bulging ceiling in the bathroom and the outside stairs (the only way to get to your room) had crumbling concrete. And the in room local phone books were from 1999. Both of our rooms had very dim lighting not bright enough to read by.

| The hotel is fair enough if you just need a place to sleep. I was overcharged by $6.00 which was credited back to my account after a call was placed.

| This hotel was very nice. We had a great room with incredible views of the falls and the LDS Temple. The room was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need. My only complaint is that my non-smoking room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke
