| Our stay was great! The view from our fallsview room was absolutely incredible! The whole time we were in Niagara Falls we didnt find a better view of the falls than right from our room! The hotel is very nice. Rooms are small and only big enough for a couple but there is so much to do near the hotel that you really wont be spending too much time in the room anyway. There is an observation level that gives you an almost 360 view of the city. There is also a restaurant overlooking the falls. There was breakfast every morning in the lounge with free danish, muffins, fruit and juce/coffee. You must have your car vallet parked. ($10 a night) Our car was always just a phone call away 24hrs a day and was always ready for us in less than 10 minutes. All of the vallet people were very friendly and always helpfull. If your not sure how to get somewhere just ask and they will be happy to help you with any questions. Parking is very expensive at many of the local attractions and parks and any parking garages. If it is close enough to walk to you can save yourself alot of money by just walking and leaving your car at the hotel. If you do go out and need to park your best bet is to keep your eyes open for the people advertising $5 parking. You wont find anything cheaper than that. Overall a great view for the price and a really nice hotel.

| The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very small, but very nice, clean and cozy. We did notice that the windows are advertised as "floor to ceiling," but they are actualy more like knee-height to ceiling. The observation deck offers a great view of the falls. We had a city view room which was nothing special during the day, but beautiful when lit up at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

| This was our first time staying over in Niagra (we usually just plan a day trip when visiting Toronto). The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. It was one of those views we will never forget. It was perfect because it was so cold outside and we still enjoyed our trip because of the view. The valet was awesome, the staff is super friendly. The only bad thing I saw was if we ever decided to stay in Niagra with our daughter we would have to stay elsewhere.

| My girlfriend and I went there for a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. It was during the winter time so hotels and attraction areas were pretty quiet and empty. (which was good!) The workers at the hotel were very friendly, always greeting us and providing us immediate service when requested. Very clean room and an exceptional view of the Horsehoe Falls from our suite. (Rm#2709). Hotel room was kind of small but it was cozy for a couple to stay in.

| The hotel was beautiful! We ended up with a better view than we paid for and the room, though small, was clean and elegant. My only problem with the whole experience was the breakfast food in the hotel restaurant. We ate at the buffet they provided, but the food was very stale and cold. So eat somewhere else for breakfast. There are actually several very nice restaurants within a couple minutes walk.

| We got a room with a city view. Was at first disappointed because the room was extremely small. Had hoped to get a room of the falls but was not they had nothing left. My daughter and I ended feeling like even though the room was small it was very cozy. The have no parking so I was unaware of the $10.00 parking charge til I checked in. The room was very clean. The only disappointment I have is my daughter forgot her toothbrush and I forgot my toothpaste, I called down to front desk and they did not carry this. I ended up having to drive to find a drugstore to get these. Overall it was still a nice place and I probably would go back to it again.

| My husband and I visited this hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had hoped that we would have gotten into a fallsview room, but we ended up in a cityview as booked through Expedia. This view was just as great. Whenever I wanted to see the Falls, I would go down to the Observation Deck, which gave a full view of the Falls. Staying at the Ramada gave us the privilege of walking to many area attractions. If you want to cut down on some walking, take the one minute tram ride on the street below the hotel. Our trip was such an awesome experience. I can't wait to go back again!

| We had a very positive experience at the Ramada Fallsview. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and professional, starting with the valet when we first pulled up. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants, giving directions and even change for the vending machine. The rooms are a little small, but there was plenty of room to unpack for a few days. The view was amazing and the location was great, a short walk to the falls, shopping and the new casino. If you are staying longer than three days, the hotel does not have all the facilities of a large hotel and room service is limited. A great experience for the weekend, we would definitely go back!

| Let me say this hotel was wonderful. It was clean and luxurious, and the staff was extremely courteous. I'm the kind of guy who likes firm pillows, so the down-filled pillows in the room did not do it for me. I asked the front desk to swap them out with something firmer, which they promptly did within the hour. The room's bathroom was clean, and I loved the spacious walk-in shower. Would definitely stay there again.

| I will start off with the bell service, when I arrived, none of them attempted to help load my luggage and bring it up to the room and after I had checked in and grabbed the buggy myself, loaded the luggage and pushed it into the elevator, the bell pops out of the other elevator and takes over, trying to work me for a tip, unsuccessfully may I add. anyway, the room was clean, though the ceiling sheetrock was cracked and stained. Here is my main complaint, whoever designed the hotel was foolish enough to put the AC vents behind the curtains that cover the huge windows in the room, which if you close the curtains the room gets unbearingly hot. Now, if you leave the window curtains open, not only can the people in the next hotel see cleanly into your room, the sun heats the room up to an almost unbeareable temperature. so obviously it is a huge problem. Also the room doesnt have a bathtub, only a shower, and it isnt a normal walk in shower, it is made into the corner of the bathroom, and is sort of a half pyramid shape and is very hard to move around in, plus it is just one of those cheap handheld shower head that is on some type of slider. very very annoying setup. You would think that a hotel of this caliber would have better design engineers. I will say that the room had a beautiful view but the things that I mentioned ruined the stay for me and I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel, especially during the summer.

| My girlfriend and I spent a romantic getaway at the Ramada Plaza Hotel Fallsview and were blown away by our room. Normally I would never write a review of a hotel room but I had to make an exception here. Walking into room 3011 I was taken back by the unbelievable vista in front of me. From the 30th floor we had a perfect view of the falls, illuminated by various colored lights to further heighten the visual experience. The room itself was clean and cozy with a king sized bed and floor to ceiling windows that looked over the falls. My advice to you is to ask for this room. It seemed to me that we had the best possible view. Nevertheless due to the dearth of rooms at the hotel (only spanning floors 27-30) and the greater dearth of perfect vantages such as we enjoyed, our experience might be a rarety here. So the moral of the story is go with room 3011 and you won't be disappointed.

| When we walked into our room our breath was taken away. There in front of us was a full wall view of the Horseshoe and American Falls. It was like you could dive right in.The room was not huge but plenty big for the two of us.It was also very clean. The best part of our experience at the Plaza had to be the employees. From the time we drove up to the door they were all very pleasent and friendly. If and when we go back to the Falls we would definately go to this hotel. The dining room was being remodeled and just finishing the day we left.It looked stunning and we felt bad we didn't experience it.
