| I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and the room didn't seem clean. Noticed a couple hairs on different counter surfaces. The bathroom tub was stained and the shower curtain had not been changed and still had soap scum from the prior customer. The remote control for my television didn't work. The hotel is in a convenient location but the room was not great.

| i stayed at the hotel for 4 days. it is truly a comfortable place, and quite reasonably priced for the size and state of the rooms. the hallway did smell a bit of smoke, but the non-smoking room did not have any trace of smell. the breakfast is pretty good, and they will even help you make some waffles. it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to downtown pittsburgh with a car.

| This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price with a lot of extras. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return.

| Have stayed here on several occasions with good service. Last time housekeeping forgot to replace towels and toiletries however a call to front desk remedied situation immediately. Close to restaurants and airport and good place to stay overnight for early flights out. Free high speed connections in rooms also very nice.
