| This is the perfect location for visiting key West. The rooms were very nice and the staff was excellent. My only complaint might be that there was little water pressure in the shower. But it wasn't that bad and everything else that was nice made up for it.

| We thought the service was execellant. They were in a perfect location to everything. You can walk to anywhere. I felt really safe there. There is a key to enter premises. The other guest's were nice and quiet. The rooms were really nice. And the staff was eager to help anyway they could to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

| I can't begin to describe how wonderful our stay was at the Heron House in Key West. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous. It was the best place we have ever stayed and we will definately be returning. I would recommend this place to anyone who is planning a trip down there.

| From the minute we arrived the service was outstanding. The staff was laid back, however if you needed anything at all they jumped into action and took care of your request without hesitation. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The morning continental breakfast by the pool was always stocked with fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, danish and hot coffee. As was the evening wine and cheese offering. A very nice touch. My only concern was the parking. Being in the heart of Old Town they do not have a parking lot. However, I did find a spot on Southard St. about 2 blocks from the B&B. We left the car there for our entire stay, 6 days, it was fine. I highly recommend this B&B to any couple seeking a very nice get away.

| This was a very expensive bed and breakfast establishment. We were very disappointed with our stay here. Although the location was very good and the pool and eating areas were very nice, our room had a damp/moldy smell. Much of the wallpaper in the room was peeling, there was exposed electrical wiring protruding from the junction box for the bladeless ceiling fan and the bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. Hotel staff seemed ambivalent to our concerns.

| Very nice. Staff was helpful. The rooms were terrific. Very quiet. Breakfast every morning at the pool was wonderful. We'll return.

| Heron House is a small B & B, organized around a charming patio. My room was very clen but tiny, and had a persistent bad smell, coming from the drains. Simple brakfast outside in the patio. Reasonably friendly. 10 min walk to the center.
