| The service and the hotel were great. The only disappointing factor...can't swim in the ocean. It's too rocky and the water is too rough.

| The Fiesta Americana was incredible. Wonderful hotel and great service. If you get there make sure my man, Eduardo takes care of you. The beach there was wonderful and even though I am not a golfer, the course was so beautiful I thought about taking it up. I highly recommend.

| My wife and I just returned from Fiesta Americana Grand and we can't wait to return! The service staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. There are many activities nearby that tops off a great vacation. We ate at two restaurants on site while visiting and liked the Peninsula the best because they have great food for a more reasonable price. The rooms are clean & comfortable. They did "suggest" attending time share offers giving free or 50% off 2 activities just for listening but did NOT pressure you into buying...but we did and are very pleased by doing so!

| After reading others reviews I wanted to add my 2cents. This Hotel is beautiful. They never bothered me with any timeshare info. When you first check in there will be someone behind you to tell you about the timeshare and if you just tell them from the begining that you're not interested they never bother you again-atleast they didn't bother us. The pools are sooo pretty, the only complaint I had on this Hotel was that all 5 pools were too warm. And if you're thinking you like warm pools, these will even be too warm for you, I promise! overall my husband and I were completely satisfied with this Hotel. Everyone was so friendly to us, and our kids. I totally recommend it to everyone! (Unless you have a hard time walking, because the hotel is big so there is a lot of walking if you want to explore around the hotel.

| The hotel was absolutely the most beautiful place I had ever been. The only thing to watch for are the prices at the restaurants, and getting sucked into a timeshare. Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. The service was fabulous as well. Great place!

| Never stayed in Cabo so I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was a nice place. Compared to American hotels, every hotel I've ever stayed at in Mexico seems to be a little laid back service wise, but the Feista was pretty good overall. We had room service four nights in a row and it was probably the fastest room service I've ever had anywhere. The food was pretty good, not great, but pretty good. My wife and I had some massages in the spa which were good, but if you're english speaking you may have a hard time communicating the little things because the spa staff didn't speak great English. The pools were nice and the landscaping was nice. The beach isn't really made for swimming due to huge rock formations close to shore. All in all it was a good experience. The only real negative is immediately after checking in we were told that a person would tell us all about the hotel. What the conversation ended up being however was an attempt to get us to go on one of the time share meetings. We were there to relax and not get sold...which happens enough in America. Didn't seem like something a 4-1/2 star hotel should do but it I guess it's common in Mexico. Other than that the trip was great and hotel was nice.

| The hotel grounds were gorgeous. Our view from the room was breathtaking. The pools and the view of the Sea of Cortez from the pools were simply beautiful. At night, you can sit by a fire and be serenaded by Mexican singers. The food was good. The service was fair. And the only complaint was that when you first walk in the door, they hit you over the head with trying to sell you a time-share. My advice is to tell them from the start that you aren't interested and you will have a magnificent time.

| It's a great hotel. 5 pools, nice beach, nice rooms, the service and the staff are really great. We booked the Grand Club and it was worth it...continental bkfast, cocktails in the evening. We didn't care for the food from room sevice or the dining in the restaurants...except for the Peninsula, which always had a great lunch for us. The food here is expensive, so be prepared. We vacationed with our two kids and were dismayed by the small double beds. We'd give this hotel much higher marks if the food quality for dinner and room service was much better and the price was lower. We also were extremely grossed out by the "team building" events put on by visiting corporations, especially the one today on the beach that started with setup at 7am with pounding music that was inescapable throughout the property until the event ended at 1045am. Having said all that, we really loved the property, the staff is superb..and we had a wonderful time going to dinner in Cabo each night. And we'll go back to the Fiesta...it's really great...

| As we began our planning, this resort looked very clean and beautiful. We rented a suite with a kitchen. NO POINT! The concept of supermercado is not apparent in this city. We ate more processed food than fresh. We also went in August, where the pools were as warm as a hot shower. However, we did not even have hot water in our room. It was hot water in pool and REALLY cold water for showers. The only real plus of this resort was having the golf cart take us to our suite.

| Great place to relax--service was excellent throughout the hotel. The Grand deluxe club was worth the extra cost, staff there was extremely helpful in making arrangements for activities and restaurants or events. The Roseto restaurant on site is underrated and at par, if not better than some of the more reknown restaurants in the area. Very little nightlife activites at the hotel so, if this is what you like, will need to rent car and go into Cabo. Excellent golf at Cabo Real right next door.

| Our family spent the week between Xmas and NY's at the Fiesta Americana Hotel. Everything was just perfect! The service was very good. The food was quite good. We only ate lunches at the pool restaurant. The pools are fantastic. There is not much of a walking beach, but the views out to the Sea of Cortez are magnificent! There is also a good view from every room. Be warned: We had a late check out. When we went back to our room after noon, the keys would not work. They change the locks automatically at noon regardless if you have a late check out. We cannot wait to go back!!!

| My husband and three small children went to Cabo after Christmas....BIG mistake!! The hotel was very expensive, there were no rental cars available and taxis into town (San Jose or Cabo) were $50 each way. The beach is very rocky and the waters are too rough to swim in....especially with kids. I was turned off by the resorts constant pushiness to buy time shares. I would never go back to this resort nor would I recommend it to anyone.

| The scenery is great and the staff are extremely helpful. Be forewarned of the drawbacks before venturing to Cabo and staying at the Fiesta Americana. Taxi rides from the hotel are very expensive and during high travel don't expect to rent a car on the spot. The hotel has a wonderful italian restaurant and great room service. However, breakfast is really only best served on time and without any problems via the buffet. The buffet is expensive and not that great. You can take your chance on trying to order a la carte.

| We have stayed at the Fiesta American two years in a row. Each year the stay was 8 days. This is a first class location - service, location, food, rooms, pool area, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the location with regards to downtown Cabo is excellent - about a 8 minute cab ride.

| This is the best landscaped hotel with pools and beach in the world. The sand on the beach is not the best, but the hotel landscape and pools are unreal. This is the best hotel in Cabo to stay at. It is 10 min from town, so makes it hard to eat out all the time. The hotel does have places to choose from for food.
