We stayed for one week and it was paradise. Perfect weather (4/21-28), best food for an all-inclusive I've experienced, top-shelf liquor, absolutely beautiful grounds and views. Clothing optional beach was different, but public beach was great too. All adult hotel makes all the difference. Spa services were outstanding - the couples massage in a stone gazebo on the edge of a cliff was unforgettable. Never left the resort.

My husband & I just returned from five days @ Sans Souci & are already planning a return trip! We loved this resort! The food @ all of the restaurants was unbelievable! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. However, I can see how some may think they do not move at a pace as fast as we are used to in the U.S., but eh mon, when in Jamaica, do as the Jamaicans do! Our room was in the older section (G8) & could use some minor updating, but was still very nice w/2 bathrooms, a living rm. & a huge balcony w/an awesome oceanview. The included mini-bar was stocked w/Red Stripe, sodas & bottled water daily. There are lots of steps to get to the beach from where we were on the resort, but we enjoyed the extra exercise. (Especially after some of the rich desserts we had nightly.) Overall, the 2 hr. bus ride from Montego Bay is well worth the experience @ Sans Souci. The bus trip also gives you a chance to see the true Jamaica and some of its culture. Nearly every traveler we met was on a return trip, w/some on their 5th or 6th trip there! We highly recommend Couples San Souci & can't wait to go back again!

We experienced a long wait through customs, and it is a one and a half to two hour bus ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios, but the hotel was outstanding. We were there for five nights and never left the resort. There is a lot of activities to do in the surrounding areas. According to our research on the internet, and talking to others who have travelled in that area, this is the best area to travel in all of Jamaica. And I would say the resort is way over five stars as far as location and just ambience. The staff, at least when we stayed there was extremely helpful. We felt pampered, and the food was amazing. If you like comfort, and a quiet getaway go to Couples San Souci.

The hotel was just ok. It is built on a cliff so there is A LOT of hiking to the beach, your room, and all of the restaurants. The food was not that good. And only one of the three restaurants was casual. Be sure to pack a suit if you want to have a variety of choices for food - otherwise, you are stuck with one lame restaurant.

Great trip! It was even worth the 2 hour bus trip. If you want a party place this is not it. No waiting on anything. Food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. Very elegant and chic. We will go back.

Service was inconsistent. Weather was great. Relaxing atmosphere. The Cassanova resturaunt is excellent. The others are average. Terribly long trip from the airport in Montego Bay.

Couples San Souci is a wonderful resort set in a postcard setting....beautiful grounds, well maintained and picture perfect...The rooms (all suites) were comfortable and well maintained, the food & service was excellent. The only negative is the drive time from the airport to the resort, (2hr bus ride)

The layout was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was at full capacity, but things are spread out so it never felt crowded. Better service/room maintenance would have made it a 5 star...

The resort has had many changes over the past four years, but its still an exceptional place to stay. The food is great, the staff's top-notch and the place is small, elegant and friendly. Lots to do and we always make new friends.

Couples Sans Souci was very quiet and relaxing. Not a lot of activities offered. We stayed in the "B" block which was very close and convenient to the pool, beach, beach bar, and most restaurants. Part of the hotel is built cliffside, so some rooms require climbing a lot of stairs to get to the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly. We always got great service. The food was good & room service was awesome, always delivered within 30 minutes. The grand Gala on Friday nights is set up on the lawn. The food was good and the atmosphere was great. We never had a problem finding beach chairs, and there are a few huts if you don't want to be in the sun. However, we did have some trouble getting towels, they were always "on the way". We met some great people while we were there & had a lot of fun at the beach bar! All in all, it was a good trip. If you are looking to kick back and relax, I would recommend Sans Souci.
