Check-in was fairly quick and efficient, however, room which was supposed to be non-smoking had an ashtray and matches. The room had certainly seen better days, it needed some repairs and a good clean. Overall, Try Elsewhere, there are far better hotels on the Strip which offer far better value for money.

The room was nice and the employees friendly. Gambling was not good. I did not notice anyone winning. Recommend going off strip for food as with all strip casinos, you pay extra for less food.

We had a good time, room was pretty clean, the pool is awesome, maid service was a little lacking...didn't make one bed and didn't replace shampoos...:( Perfect for hitting the strip and having fun!

I went with my mom for a daughter-mother trip and had a wonderful stay! The casino area always smelled so nice. The only thing that we were upset about were the pool hours, the pool closed at 6:00, which was too early! Sometimes you just want to hang out by the pool after a long day. Other than that we recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean and nice size.Staff couldn't be more helpful.I'm a season vet of the strip and was very pleased with my stay.I had the unfortune to realize I lost my cell phone 15 mins. prior to leaving for airport and staff bent over backwards to help look for it.A big plus is this hotel has safety deposit boxes in lobby so you don't have to keep travelling back to your room.I will be a repeat customer.

I've stayed in many, many hotels in Las Vegas and always like to try something new, but this hotel was very disappointing. I've never had a problem at any of the other hotels. I reserved three rooms, and NOT one of them was ready when we arrived. Then finally two of the rooms were ready by 2pm, but "our" room wasn't ready until 6pm! This made it hard for all of us to be ready on time. Then we visited the buffet the next day and it took them forever to sit us (we were a party of 5 - not 15!) and they kept asking us if we would like to be sitted at two separate tables...I insisted that I would not sit at different tables since it was our in-laws first visit to Vegas. The hostess was rude and irritated with us - when WE were the ones waiting patiently all this time. Finally after we were sitted we saw all these tables around us that were empty and had plenty of room for us - why the long wait? The rooms were comfortable, and clean - but the service was below average. Definetly not coming back to this hotel. :( But look forward to returning to Vegas! :)

Because it doesn't have massive malls, attractions, or gimmicks, it is usually less crowded than the other bigger places on the Strip. Even so, the weekend I was there the hotel was mobbed with people to the point that it was just plain ridiculous. I think the hotel overbooked everything...it just wasn't an enjoyable place to stay...only a nice place to sleep and shower. I found myself fleeing the premises in the morning and not wanting to come back to my room until very late at night, simply because there were too many people. Overall, the best thing about my stay was the room. We stayed on the 30th floor with a great view of the strip and the mountains. It was quiet, the room was clean, the water pressure in the bathroom was great (compared to other rooms where they had none). A visit to the pool was a profound disappointment. It was mobbed with too many people and lots of screaming children. Not at all relaxing. The casino is nothing special either. The slots and tables are cold which is what others told me before I left. Don't gamble at the Monte Carlo; there are better places off the strip. Also--don't expect delicious food or stellar service at the Monte Carlo...the restaurants are expensive but mediocre, the breakfast buffet absurdly overcrowded with a line out the door. If you are looking for a place where you don't mind legions of strollers, loud families, long lines, and mediocre service, but want a quiet room near all the action, this would be a good choice.

This was our second stay in Las Vegas and I really liked this hotel best so far. The casino is very clean, bright, roomy and the least smokey of all the ones we popped into during our week. You don't walk through the casino to reach elevators, check-in desk & pool. Also the pool is really nice with something for everyone - the wave pool, wading pool, hot tub, waterfalls, and lazy river are all fun. The rooms are roomy & the beds very comfortable and our view of the strip was amazing. Everyone, from desk clerks to restaurant personnel, was pleasant. I compared this casino to all the others on the stip & like this one best - brighter, less smokey & most roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my fourth stay in Vegas. This is a great hotel and offers a great value. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very modern. From the complimentary valet parking, to the room service, it was a great value. The hotel is also not overcrowded with visiting tourists from other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time in Vegas, but the beds in this hotel STINK! WOW! my back still kills from trying to sleep on that brick. Overall the staff was kinda I don't know, stuck up? The nicest person was the lady whom ran the gift shop store in the lobby. Can't wait to get back just not so quick on the Monte Carlo.

They not be the flashest at the Prom but they're great dresser's. All the things you need are there or very close and the staff will know how to get you there.

This was our first time in Vegas and since we went there for thanksgiving holiday season, we were a bit skeptical about checking-in. But surprise surprise! We were done in only 2 mins. and the lady offered us room at 31st floor! Great view and nice place to eat (Except DragonNoodles - The plates were DIRTY and the service was worst there!) But no complaints about the hotel. Casino is nice (and we actually won a few bets :))

The rooms are comfortable, and the location is great, we can walk to Luxor in about 10 minutes, and take a free tram to Balagio. The casion is big, and it has food court and couple restaurants for us to pick. The pool is good, and there's lots of choice on the buffet. The front desk service is great.

We liked the Monte Carlo. Clean, non-smoking comfy room really WAS non-smoking. Overpriced buffet for what it was. Casino great with fun dealers. Not smoky at all. This place smells great. Seriously. Check-in was fast and easy at 11am. We got poolside but could have gotten strip side if we waited til 3pm. Poolside included a sideview of the Bellagio fountains as it turns out and the fabulous desert at night!

Our experience with the Monte Carlo was so nice from check-in to check out. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful in planning trips and making sure we were enjoying our stay. The morning by the wave pool and lazy river was great and the weather was perfect. We even took a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon that you'd have to see to believe!
