| My wife and I, while always enjoying a "good-time", are not late nighters. So, the fact that the Inn was not right downtown was a big plus. No loud groups stumbling by, or gregarious drunks whooping it up (you know... very much like Bourbon st). We were able to use cabs for transporation (generally 11$ to and from Duval st or the docks). We really enjoyed the pool and poolside bar. The pool area at the Inn was extremly comfortable and relaxing later in the evening after we returned from dinner and drinks downtown during happy hour. I would suggest this hotel to anyone wanting the good-time feel of the island but not wanting to deal with revelers late at night.

| I really liked this hotel aesthetically. The pool grounds were amazing and very tropical!! The lobby was beautiful too. We stayed in a standard room; however, I think the upgraded rooms have been recently renovated and looked fabulous. It is a very nice sort of cabana feel. It is a couple miles away from "downtown" Key West (Duvall St.); however, I think it is well worth the stay. Everything was very relaxed there.

| The Inn is a nice place but nothing fancy. The lobby is beautiful but who cares about that. Staff is helpful enough but do not go above and beyond. Room is nice but small for a family of four. If you do not have a pool view then you see nothing but walls. Doors are loud when closing especially in the morning around 8am when you want to sleep til 9am. Pool is nice, but we saw other places with nice pools too. Not bad if you want Duval Street and have a car. But you also must want to drink alot to go to Duval Street.

| A comfortable, laid back establishment with a nice pool, garden walkways, and proximity to the Gulf. The kingsized mattress in my room was comfortable, though the sheets were scratchy and the air conditioner was too loud. The concierge was very helpful in coordinating recreational activities.

| We really liked the hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious. It didn't have microwave and fridge though (that's why I put 4 for the room comfort), but other than that it was great! We had a great pool view. Ah yes, the pool was stunning! I think everybody mentioned it in their reviews. It was warm and view around the pool looks like paradise and it was open past 11 pm! Because it's hot and humid and perhaps not everybody likes the beaches in Key West, the pool in the hotel is a must. The hotel is a little far from old town activities but if you have a car you shouldn't have any problems. It wasn't so hard to find a parking spot. We liked parking lot in Simonton str. (look for City Hall parking), they always had spots available. We stayed there for 2 nights only and I would come back to that hotel again.

| The hotel is beautiful and clean...however; the staff gave us the impression they could care less whether we were happy. Ice machine on our level did not work, so we had to walk downstairs to the other side of the hotel to get ice. We requested a refrigerator in our room when we reserved, but room did not have one. They wanted $15 a night to bring one up for us to use.

| The pool area at this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room itself could stand a little updating, but it was clean overall. The staff at the hotel was nice enough, but the concierge needs an attitude adjustment. The hotel itself is a little far from downtown (~$15 cab fare one way). We would probably return to the hotel in the future if the price was right.

| This was a great place to stay. The Inn was recently remodeled after being damaged by a hurricane last year. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was outstanding, one of the best hotel pools I have experienced. The hotel is located right on the bay, and if your room is on that side of the hotel you will have a very nice view. If I was to return to Key West again I would definately stay here.

| When we first arrived at the hotel, our room had a broken air conditioner. Immediately, the hotel staff made accommodations for us and moved us to another room. When I ran into the manager later in the stay, she asked me if I was still satisfied with my new room. Of course I was- the room overlooked the pool and had a huge wall-mounted flat screen TV! The pool was beautiful and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay.

| Well, I was initailly skeptikal due to the 3-star rating. Let me tell you, after arriving at the hotel, I was amazed. The hotel is beautiful, and lush tropical gardens are abundant. It truly is breathtaking. The pool is large, and warm, and inviting. I think what made the greatest impact was the room amenities. The simple things like quality soaps (Bath and Body Works), feather pillows, pillow-top mattress, real glasses, and coffee cups, gourmet coffee (Wolfgang Puck). All the little things tied the package for me. A place to relax and enjoy at a very affordable rate. Really, the only downfall was the location, but if you rent a car, you will be set.

| Located off the beaten path a bit, The Inn at Key West has emerged from last year's huricanes as a "key" Key West location. Boasting a tremendous free-form pool, beautifully appointed rooms and an attractive physical plant, it is a wonderful place to stay. Duval Street is a few miles away, and there is some talk of a shuttle service being instituted. Otherwise it is about a $15.00 cab ride downtown. Still an excellent value and attractive resort.

| We were quite hesitant due to the 3 star rating and the fact that the hotel was somewhat removed from the "action". Much to our surprise we found that this was a bonus since we were able to get such a great rate and the hotel had been completely renovated due to the hurricane. We were probably the first to occupy the room. The service was excellent. The pool area was beautiful, the food was a little pricy but good, you can take a cab to Duvall St. for about $13 or take a bike. I would go back. Only drawback was trying to cross the street (very busy later in the day). Would have liked a safe, small fridge, microwave in the room but those are minor items. There was an iron/board and coffee pot, internet connection in the room.

| The Inn was very nice and clean. Apparently they just reopened three weeks ago (strange...we booked the room over 2 months ago). The concierge was very helpful. The biggest criticism I can give is that the breakfast was horrible. It was over priced for what they offer and there were bugs flying around the fresh fruit. We ate there once and went elsewhere the rest of the time (Pepe's on Caroline Street - awesome!). You definitely want a car if you stay at the Inn. The island is not very big but unless you stay in Old Town, you need a car to get around (I guess you could use taxis but that would end up costing the same as renting a car).

| We had 2 rooms in the same hotel, the first had 2 beds and was facing the ocean, but was not very private (near the lobby). We asked to be moved and were given a nice room on the second floor facing the pool and gardens. THis was very private and had a great view. THe king size bed was a little hard, after a week we missed our bed at home. THe pool is great, it is the largest fresh water pool on Key West, and nicely landscaped. Amenities include computer access in your room, and a PC in the lobby to use if you didn't bring yours, which was enough to check email.

| Just got back a little more then a week ago. The stay was a lot shorter then expected due to Hurricane Dennis, but while there the hotel was very nice. Staff is very accomodating, rooms are clean, & the pool is the best on Key West! If you chose this hotel though you must get a room with a balcony as the other standard rooms are quite small. Only problems my wife & I had was the beds were very stiff along with very poor pillows, but once we asked for new pillows they responded imediately. The only other problem was only one ice machine was working in the whole hotel (pretty ridiculous considering it is July & the rooms do not have refridgerators)! Overall though it is a very clean, friendly hotel. My wife & I have been | | |
