| I was truly disappointed in the Marriott Resort on HHI... For a 4 star resort, this is not the place to stay.... The room was not comfortable, and had issues, ie, broken safe, patio door broken for 3 days whereas would not lock at all, and other issues in the room.... The property itself was nice, and had potential... I travel all over the world, and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed...

| The hotel has a beautiful pool area and indoor workout facility. We love staying there because of its central location on the island.

| Ocean view - if I was on my tip toes, looking over a out-of-order hot tub.Getting an order of food at the pool took 40 minutes.Great access to beach. Friendly Bellstaff, Great front desk help.

| This hotel was okay. I didn't have a terrible time but would not re-select this hotel in the future. The bathroom had no ventilation and the bedspread was stained. The carpets in the room as well as the hallway could use a good shampoo. Overall, the staff was attentive and courtious.

| Dirty Bathrooms (mildew, ripped wallpaper), fixtures that were held up by Velcro, Cups that had been spit in with toothpaste and covered up with the nice paper covers. Plus no wake up call when we asked for it. This is not a four star hotel. This is not even a 2 star hotel.

| The hotel was wonderful and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service. The maids went out of their way on two occassions to make sure I found what I needed during our stay. The concierge were very friendly and made you feel like they were genuinely interested in "OUR" needs. Top notch hotel!!! The fitness equipment could be updated but great fitness room! My one complaint (and it was a real problem at the time). My room was near the bar and on Monday night, the bar was terribly terribly loud and then the next evening the piano bar was very loud. Having the bar where it is wiht the open floor is very much a huge negative if you are unfortunate enough to be in a room on one of those floors. So if I had to stay in that room again, I would go elsewhere. But now I know and I will ask for another floor. Thanks for a great visit to HH. All the best and Happy Holidays
