| The hotel was reasonably maintained, but some elements were tired. Our room turned out to be above the laudry service and you could feel vibrations from the laundry equipment.....not a good feature.

| We were a little nervous about ordering a hotel we were unfamiliar with on line. But when we got there they let us check in earlier than check in time. House keeping showed up daily to check to see if we needed anything. Very satisfied with room and the comfort of it. Enjoyed ourselves. Will stay again.

| We stayed there for two nights, as well as 3 other couples in other rooms. The hotel is so spread out that the comunication to make anything happen is difficult. We ordered a refridgerator in our room at 4:30, and did not get it until after 11:00pm that night. We were moved for our second night stay but were not informed upon checkin- our second room was much nicer than the first so we did not complain. The beds are awesome! Slept great!

| Not real fond of hotels that allow pets in the room. Not especially clean. Took all our towels, despite the water reduction program, and then never brought them back. It's a really long walk from one end to the other.

| Located on the Spokane River, we had a view of the water. I had a beautiful morning run on the green belt passing through the Gonzaga University campus immediately east, and then turned around and went west across the bridges over the Spokane Falls and the old World's Fair Park. Spectacular! The room was a good value and was adequately large and very clean. The rollaway fit our room without a problem, even with two queen size beds, and was in the room when we arrived, as promised. Perfect for our family! The complimentary continental breakfast was average, but again, a very good value at the price.

| The hotel was very clean and staffed with friendly personel. I was disapointed that our did not have a fridge and microwave, especially for the price of the room. The 2 pools were beautiful! Next year for Bloomsday we will reserve the room for 2 days so we can clean up after the race which doesn't end until 12 noon (that was when we had to be checked out of the room.)Overall, it was a really nice stay!

| Our bathroom was not clean. There were remnents from a previous guest under the bed. The beds were new and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly. But I would not stay again. Also part of the Hotel is rented to College students and there was a Lady selling clothes out of a room down the hall. It is an excellent location but very strange.
