Great location to get to NASA Kennedy Space Center. Very reasonable rates. Room was a bit dated, but clean and staff was helpful. Weight room was laughable so don't book here if that is important to you

Front desk staff was very friendly. We arrived before "check in" time and were given our room. The main problem was the bed. It was VERY hard. If you like a firm bed you'll love it. Some of the base board moulding was coming off just outside the bathroom and there had been an obvious leak in the ceiling just outside the bathroom that looked bad. I booked this using a coupon that I had which was a good thing---I would have been disappointed to have paid full price for this room.

For a family of seven (three adults and four children) this hotel was ideal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 24 hour Denny's attached to the lobby was a plus. For those visiting the Kennedy Space Center, this is an ideal choice for an overnight stay, especially if you get your KSC ticket validated (this allows you to re-enter the site the next day at no charge).

All exterior doors were missing locks, anyone who wanted could walk into the hotel halls. The stench of mold and mildew in the hallways is unbelievable. Cobwebs on light fixtures and dirt everywhere. Room was no better it smelled BAD. Carpet was filthy, bathroom was reasonable. My wife and i both got sick 2 days after leaving this place.

My husband, 7 year old son and I stayed here the night before our cruise to the Bahamas. The hotel was very nice and our room was quite comfortable. The price was very affordable. We ate breakfast the next morning at the adjacent Denny's (which was very convenient). There was a Walmart nearby, which always comes in handy for those items you always seem to forget, and the ride to Kennedy Space Center was a short one. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff tried to give us a smoking room when we requested (and require) non-smoking. After 20 minutes of discussion and research, they managed to find a suite to meet our reservation. However the sleeper sofa was irreparably damaged and the beds needed clean sheets as did the replacement roll-a-way; management indicated that cleaning staff was source of constant turnover. If it had not been 10pm, we would have found another hotel immediately. This location only deserves 1/2 star.

This hotel is 12 miles, not 5, from Kennedy Space Center according to both my odometer and the mileage sign in front of the hotel. Not a 3-star either - not terribly clean, the mattress sagged horribly, and so did the bathroom ceiling (enough that it made a grinding noise each time you opened the bathroom door which would then rub against the ceiling). The service attempted to be friendly by was clearly understaffed at check-in. As I waited at check-in, I heard the clerk informing a guest over the phone that nothing could be done to fix his completely non-functioning air conditioning until the next day and no other rooms were available. Would not recommend.

The persons at the front desk did not seem to know how to give me a reciept. The hide-a-bed in the couch had several missing springs making the mattress sag and the entire couch tipped over when my son's sat on the end. There was a man repeatedly yelling at the occupant of a nearby room to open the door NOW! This went on for at least half an hour. The carpet was dirty, my daughters socks looked like she had been walking around outside just from walking in the room.
