| Very friendly staff. Fast checking in and out. Valet service is great. First hotel I've stayed at the had all working fitness equipment. My only complaint would be that the inside pool had stairs instead of the metal ladder. Stayed there 4 times this summer. I'll be back again next month.

| We loved the Hilton Hotel Back Bay - the location was really convenient to all that we needed. The pool, fitness room & hot tub were great - kids loved them! We would definitely stay there again.

| Although we did not get a room with a city view, we were given a lovely, spacious corner room! We are frequesnt visitors to the city and after staying at many other places in the area, will happily return!!

| I've been to stay at the Hilton Hotel in Back Bay two times in two months and found both of those stays to be satisfying. Both hotel rooms were super clean (I love the cleanliness of the bathrooms) and I found my stay to be extremely comfortable. Services include a towncar service within 3 miles, but I never had to use it because I had my own car. The garage always seemed to be a safe place to park, and I could continue to park there through the rest of the day after I checked out of the hotel.

| The Hilton Back Bay was a wonderful place to stay. It is near to subway stops, shopping, and great food. The hotel was clean and well-run, and the best part was the bed. It was very comfortable with down blankets, pillows, and mattress pad. I will stay at this hotel everytime I'm in Boston!
