| First they didn't honor our non-smoking double/double and tried to give us a smoking king. They did find a suite with a sofa bed. Then we discovered 3" of left over water in the bathtub, it drained with a little jiggling of the drain but the tub was not cleaned during the day. Sheets on the sofa bed were not changed and very poor quality.

| I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the pool area. The staff was great about giving us directions both at the hotel and on the road when we were lost. I would stay here again.

| Awesome. The beds are the best you ever slept in. Down comforters, the mattresses are the best you ever slept in. Service is great, and personel is friendly. Great place to stay.

| This month (July) my family stayed in 4 rooms for one night. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Beds were awesome. One room smelled very musty. All four rooms were warm and the temperature buttons were on the lowest settings and the fans were on the highest settings. We called maintenance, who came right away. Maintenance told us "this is the way it is" and left. We had to ask for fans for three of the rooms in order to sleep comfortably.

| There was no room available when we came in from a 10 hour flight at noon. When we got back at night, all that were available were stinky rooms. AC did not function, reception staff was not knowledable and had to leave my passport for a power plug, eu to us.

| For this being in the sheraton family, I found this to be substandard. The only part that I saw as being sheraton, were the beds. It was obvious that they took the effort to make their lobby look great. But when it came to the rooms, and hallways they went sub-par.

| Rooms were very small. Bathroom was extremely small. Staff misinformed us several times of directions to local places. Pool was nice. Room service was nice but got our order wrong once.

| for the couple of nights i stayed there, it was almost like being in my own bed..but better! the bed was very comfy along with the big pillows..room was very clean and roomy..would definitely recommend.

| I liked that it was right off the interstate and close to the fairgrounds. We also liked that there was a pool and hot tub available, but we didn't get to use the hot tub, because it was always full. Even the pool stayed pretty busy. But our room was cozy and comfortable and the service was good.

| Party in room next door continued long after front desk was called. Shouting in the hallways, even ice machine could easily be heard in the room. No local eating establishments for food after 11 PM arrival when the restaurant was closed. No bartender behind the bar - we had to wait about 10 minutes for him to show up.

| I booked and paid for the room in advance on Expedia. When I arrived late that night, I got the last room - a Presidential Suite; however, it had no bed. It was a meeting room. So they rolled in a cot. The room reeked of smoke (I had specified non-smoking) and the cot was very uncomfortable. An all-around unpleasant experience.

| Front desk service was a little slow....clerk seemed tired but we got a great room. The room was very nice, bed was amazing...wanted to bring it home with me! Room service was great and the breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice but the pool really needed to be filtered or the water changed..it was incredibly mirky and salty. Nice fitness area, hallways in the hotel look a little outdated but otherwise a great stay!

| I was thoroughly impressed with the Sheraton Four Points. It was a great hotel for the business traveller. The Four Points Beds are great, very comfortable. There was no noise from the expressway but it was 20 seconds to get there from the parking lot. The desk set-up and high speed internet cable was just perfect for taking the laptop out and getting to work. I also appreciate the free bottle of water waiting for me. If you are travelling in MSPL and doing a lot of driving, give the Sheraton a try.

| This hotel needs to install better ventilation in their bathrooms. There was quite a bit of mold growing there, in both the rooms we stayed in. Seemed funny to not have this figured out in a newer hotel!

| Overall it was a nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff and good room service. Bathrooms were on the smaller side, however the shower was not. It had a shower head that was high up for us taller people and a curved shower rod for extra arm room. However, if you don't have a laptop the price to use the hotel's computer is outrageous.

| Our room was clean and comfortable. There's no restaurants or shopping within walking distance, but it's convenient to the highway and a short drive from downtown and campus. I'd stay there again.

| If you like low ceilings, barren hallways and small showers, this place is for you. Overall, it is clean, but old. To take a shower, you need to move your towels to the sink. It works, but nothing too special here. Internet access is free.

| The hotel was very clean and warm. The staff was friendly and accomodating. It is located just outside if the Minneapolis. Close enough that your not driving all day, but far enough so that you can relax in a quiet atmosphere.

| The hotel staff were both friendly and very helpful providing information, coupons, directions and maps of the surrounding area and sites. The rooms were comfortable, but furnished with only one desk chair and a so-so comfortable easy chair. The worst part was the automated gift shop - which the convenience of 24x7 availability was great, using it wasn't intuitive, it was slow, and slower when using a credit card as it always had to dial-out for charge approval.

| This place is a perfect mid-priced place. We needed somewhere to spend the night so we could take the train the next morning. This is near the train station and although the freeway is right there, it was still quiet and felt safe. The man who checked us in was particularly nice.

| If I ever have business or pleasure plans in Minneapolis, this is the hotel I will be staying at every time. We recently attended a Vikings game and stayed at the Four Points Hotel. Like I had mentioned earlier,it was very convenient. It has a very freindly atmosphere and the staff was excellent. The room was more than a bargain. Look forward to staying again.

| We usually stay in Bloomington during our stays in the cities, but they were overpriced for the weekend we were in town. The Four Points was an exceptional value for the price we payed, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in the Minneapolis area.

| OK, the price is amazing. Location is pretty good if you have multiple meeting (downtown in 5-7 minutes). The building itself is dated and needs many upgrades, but if you are just in town for a night and everything else is booked, stay here, don't be afraid.
