| My family and I went the first week of April for spring break and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I liked the size of our rooms but for what we paid for it I was surprised it wasn't in better repair than it was. We had halls chipping and marked up that just made it look shabby. I would have liked it better if it had a restaurant besides the little eatery too. The pools and hot tubs were in need of a good cleaning and repair and hot tubs always packed with unsupervised teenagers making it an uncomfortable place to be. The average wait time to get an elevator was about 10 minutes, too long for me. I also didn't like how they made us wear the bracelets to identify guests, a good concept but they need to find another way as they were a pain to keep on. I also like how the front desk people were snippy when asked questions.

| The hotel has a great gym that includes a stepmaster. You won't need to use it -- you need your strength to climb the many flights of stairs to get to your room! As the case may be, the elevators never work, and you find yourself walking to your room on a regular basis. No internet is available in the rooms. When questioned, I was told by both the front desk and the manager that the way to get to the internet was "to plug in the phone line into the computer." Clearly, they have no knowledge of computers OR services [not] avilable in the rooms. There is no internet service in the rooms.

| We had a nice oceanfront room with a balcony. However, there was only one trash can on the entire floor, so we ended up dragging our huge kitchen trash can into the bathroom. There was no other trash receptacle for the bathroom nor for the bedroom. We had reserved a king size bed and got 2 very small doubles. The water pressure in the shower is quite low, and the bathtub is so tiny you can barely take a bath in it. There are some nice things about this hotel, nice decor, nice beach, nice kitchen appliances and many activities for kids. The security is very visible and the pools are open almost 24 hours a day. However, if you are looking for a romantic getaway, this would not be the place to go. The pools are cleaned every morning from 6:30-8:30 am, and the noise drowns out the peaceful sound of the crashing waves. Checkout is too early at 10 am.

| Great location for beach goers. Oceanwalk Shops a little overrated but the Hotel is very nice. Great pools and kids activities as well as pool bar and great beach access. Nice room with plenty of space, nice kitchen area. Laundry in the room is a big plus. Watch out for the time share people.

| Hotel has a very nice set-up with pools and patio on the beach. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but there is no reason to leave. Oh, unless you want to eat. There is only one tiny slow food counter on-site and a few "chain type" locals next door. Add a few decent places to eat and it would be a great resort.

| This is a great hotel with lots of things to do!!! This is a place for kids and teens (not for people looking for a quiet time by the pool). My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect beach location!

| My new husband and I stayed at the Ocean Walk Resort for our honeymoon and we were greatly pleased with the rooms and the activities surrounding the hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly, views from the balcony spectacular, and the pools refreshing. My only complaint is being "bugged" by people wanting us to listen to a 90 minute presentation on time shares, but we politely declined the three times we were asked and went on our merry way. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Daytona Beach Area.

| This resort was kept nice...the only complaint I had was that the carpet in our living room was very stained and needed replaced. Ther rooms were seperate which made it easy to put the little ones to bed. The washer/dryer and ktchen features were very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the resort to friends.

| The hotel was very clean and the amenities were great (although pools were cold and I thought the indoor pools were heated). It is was very difficult to get everyone up and out by 10 am to check out, creates a little stress on a relaxing vacation. This hotel was great for kids and having Ocean Walk next door was wonderful, we were only there for a weekend and did not have to get back in the car at all which is a plus. Would love to go back for a longer stay. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the room even just drying the beach towels was a nice convience. Would visit again.

| Ocean Walk Resorts was truly a great surprise! The sound proofing was perfect, couldn't hear the prom going on at all! Lots of things for a whole family to do. Supervised activities all day long if you wanted them. Lots of pools, although they were pretty cold. Daily maid service for towels, washer & dryer right in the room! Carpets and furniture need some attention in our room, but the newer tower is gorgeous. We would go back in a heartbeat!

| We stayed at Ocean Walk Resort while on a family vacation. The ammenities were wonderful. It was nice to have several pools to swim at and also have the beach right there. My daughter who is 2 1/2 loved the Lazy River and the kiddie pool as well as the hot tub. My 7 month old also loved splashing in the kiddie pool. We will definitely stay at Ocean Walk Resort in the future.

| Very friendly atmosphere and well maintained hotel. Lots for kids to do and comfort for the adults. Not having cars driving on the beach made it much more usable for the children and safe to stroll along the ocean. Having a movie theatre next door and gift shops nearby was convenient. Not a lot of food choices near the hotel. More restaurants that are family friendly would help although we did use the in room kitchen for breakfasts. Great way to start the day. Overall a very fun and relaxing place to take a vacation.

| This place is fairly new -- built about a year ago, and it's hard to beat. Have stayed in plenty of other Daytona hotels but none with such amenities ... four pools (two indoor, two outdoor heated), two hot tubs, kiddie water playground, putting green, lazy river, big water slide. Best part about the rooms is they are all suites, either one bedroom or two bedroom - full amenities including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Service was great, and price was right since we went on a cold weekend. Believe the normal deal is week-long time shares, but the unreserved rooms are booked like a hotel. Only complaint was the window from the bedroom to the hallway, which needed a curtain in addition to the blinds if you like bedrooms completely dark. Can't beat the location either - right next to the Pier and Ocean Center. Will definitely be back!

| Although when we arrived at the hotel with a request for two doubles in the second bedroom, the hotel indciated that they did not have that information and had booked us with two kings (for 6 people). They most graciously changed us and upgraded our room at no charge. The staff was wonderful and the accomodations incredible. I would consider a trip back to Daytona beach just to frequent this resort, It was a wonderful experience for myself and my entire family (ranging from 3 years old to 67 years old!)
