| Lots of street noise & slightly sketchy neighborhood, but great price for a suite, especially with breakfast & free parking included. Room was flawless & comfortable.

| The building is a great old piece of Boston architecture and the rooms are good, but the hotel is located in a part of Boston where I worried about parking the car in an adjacent lot overnight for fear of burglary. There was also a lot of noise coming in from the street. But alas, everything went well and I was well rested the next day after all.

| We stayed in an "Executive Suite", so we had separate living and sleeping rooms. Although the suites are by no means roomy, we fit a family of four comfortably, including a pack-n-play for the baby. The rooms were clean and in great shape. The kids loved the afternoon cookies and, while nothing exciting, the continental breakfast was convenient and decent. The hotel transportation makes it easy to get to Boston's public transportation for sight-seeing around the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

| The main problem is the hotel's location - specifically not being near a T station. While they have a shuttle to the nearest T station, coming back to the hotel on the T requires a long walk through a neighborhood that we weren't comfortable walking through at night.

| The location is within minutes of the Square, yet pricing is considerably lower than other chains. Clean, comfortable, with great snacks in the lobby during the evening. Staff is very accomodating.
