| I got exactly what I expected with this hotel. On problem was transportation late at night. The hotel shuttle stops running at 11pm, so any later, you'll need a taxi to and from the airport and transportation into Paris.

| We waited for airport shuttle but it didn't stop at the marked stop. Finally we found it at another stop. The shuttle back to airport was fine. The room was very small and the bathroom was about the size of an RV bath & had mildew in the tiny shower. The linens were clean. We got there late and tried to eat at the restaurant. The buffet was out of meat and not much selection of the rest. We each got a scoop of corn and potatoes. The charge was approx. $40 USD for two! The only good thing was the price for the room.

| Service people polite and efficient. Bathroom small and very moldy. Bus to CDG Airport on time and efficient. Worst and most expensive meal of the 2 week trip, whatever you do don't eat there.

| For a quick overnight layover, the hotel was fine. For an extended stay, don't bother. Also note...the shuttle takes a lunch break...we waited for an hour + for a ride to the hotel.

| We found this hotel in a pinch minutes before we left on our trip and it was what we were expecting. We had been staying in hostels in Europe and this hotel's was certainly caters to the airport layover rather than a longer-term vacation stay. It could have been cleaner or a bit more updated but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean! There were clear instructions (once checked-in) for how to catch the shuttle and the on-site breakfast was adequate. The small town surrounding the hotel was a nice change of pace from the enormity of CDG and/or Paris itself. I'd stay here again for the overnight layover.

| It's a Confort Hotel and is comparable to what you would find in the US. It is out away from the hotel and the shuttle only picks up from certain locations at the airport. If you select this hotel, it is very important to contact them in advance and find out how to catch their shuttle.

| he was working whole night by himself, and there are so many guests checking in time by time, but he was very kind and helpful to all of us. He even helped to remind them to make sure where we have to go next day. He checked me in and me out, he was very pleasant all the time! His service was absolutely five star! Thank you very much!! I was just disappointed about the internet access was not working during my stay..

| I found this hotel to be okay, for a quick overnight stay. Very few amenities (restaurant closes at 9, no room service, no other food service on site), but seemed to be very clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly.

| This was a good hotel for the price. Had airport transfer both directions, very rapid check in, very clean room, comfortable bed. Room was small but pleasant. Shower was small but ok. Plenty of hot water. Would definitely go there again. Not a four star hotel - but neither is the price. Good value.

| This hotel was convenient with a shuttle service to the airport and train station. It was easy to get into Paris as well as to and from the airport. Clean, small room, nothing fancy, and lacking the charm of a Paris hotel, but good if you are on a budget and need a conveinent base.

| Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful (we witnessed one man giving the woman at the front desk a bottle of wine for finding his son diapers) and they mostly spoke English. The hotel is not attractive and it needs a paint job and new carpet...The restaurant was pretty good - had a mix of diffent cuisines. The rooms make you feel like you're on the plane already (small!) but they're clean enough, with TVs. It's very loud with all the planes overhead,so keep the window shut. I would never choose this place for sightseeing/enjoying Paris, but it's close to the airport and reasonable. And there's a free shuttle to the airport.

| This "hotel" should be termed a warehouse. The apppearance was dark and musty and in need of a good refurbishing. The bath was cabinet sized and the room tiny. There was a below average restaurant and the hotel is not located within walking distance of a good restaurant. The lady at the front desk , however did arrange for a restaurant several miles away to pick us up. Theis restaurant was excellent. We passed several hotels on the way in that advertised lower rates and had a nicer curbside appeal. Prepaying hotels is not a good idea. We were insecure at the time and made the prepaid reservation. You can get better hotel deals while in Europe.

| This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The room smelled - we opened the window (in late Nov.) and still could not get rid of the smell. The bedspreads were filthy, and the carpet was dirty and had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. We slept in our clothes, because we didn't want anything touching our skin. The outside appearance of the hotel, lobby, and breakfast buffet were fine. Entering the room was quite a shock.

| I picked the hotel since it was cheap, close to the airport and provided free transportation to and from the airport. What I didn't know is that while all the other hotel shuttles ran every ten to fifteen minutes, the Comfort shuttle only started service after 7:30 pm. I had to wait about two hours for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. That pretty much killed my day to do anything there.

| It is nice that they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. But without that, there would be no one staying there. The room was well worn, the hallways were dirty, there was poor service at the restaurant (we saw others from the hotel at a local restaurant down the road). It certainly isn't a 'comfort' hotel.
