| I absolutely enjoyed and relished every moment of my stay in Bermuda, the best experience of my trip was my stay at the Fairmont Hilton Princess. The staff in particular those in the dining room, were extrodinary and friendly. My room was gorgeous, the balcony overlooking the harbor was lovely! Such nice people,,, taxi people, service people, the staff at the sign in and concierge area were always eager to help,, courteous and eager to make us comfortable. I say 'Thank you, see you next year!!

| Ive been to Bermuda several times and usually stay at smaller hotels along or near the beaches on the south side of the island. I decided to change my routine and stay at a bigger hotel within the city. I thought to myself, I can take a cab or scooter to the beach during the day and check out the city at night. Big MISTAKE. I love the charm of many small towns and cities, but this city didn't hold much charm in my opinion as the prices were very unreasonable and there wasnt much to see. On top of that, it was very loud and not at all relaxing (and Im from NYC!). We didn't want to walk outside our hotel as it was loud and there was little to see. When we decided to go out, we took a cab out of town to the beach and walked there. If you are going to Bermuda, go for the beautiful pink beaches. Stay at a small beach hotel, or a hotel with individual cottages. You will get more personal attention and won't feel cramped by large crowds of hotel guests. You will likely find more personable staff and better service. This hotel is like a giant motel. The lobby is impressive, yes, but rooms are much worse. There was ugly, smelly carpet in our room and the rest of the decor was equally hideous (Ive seen much nicer hotels rooms in Bermuda). I felt like I was staying in a moldy retirement home in Florida with a built in mini-mall. FYI, we stayed in the pool wing of the hotel. For the high price of this hotel, you are MUCH better off staying at a smaller hotel near a beach.

| An interesting "metropolis!" Lots of things to walk to and always by the sea. Pleasant to watch the sailboats pass by as one dines in the hotel restaurant, Harley's, which serves fine food. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and our dinners there. However, there are also many restaurants within walking distance including an Egyptian restaurant that had both local and and Egyptain fare and genuinely welcoming manager and staff. And you won't have any touble finding shops to brouse or do serious shopping in because they are all so close, including a great supermarket called Miles. No doubt we will return to the Hamilton Princess.

| We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind, friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and the pools was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bermuda for the first time. It was great having a hotel right in Hamilton. It was also nice having access to the Fairmont Southampton.

| One needs to ask for the new section of the hotel as the old section is in need of repair, no wherer to plug your hair dryer in, toilet seat falling off, etc.... Our stay was short so we did not ask to have these fixed immediately, had I been staying longer I would have.

| The Fairmont Hamilton Princess hotel was a very good hotel to stay at. Very convenient to Front street shops/restaurants (~ 5-10 min walk). Access to sister property (SouthHampton Princess) nice feature as the golf course there (played twice) and access to man-made beach there (clean beach area including changing facilities)were both nice additions to the stay. Wish that the ferry service ran more frequently. The restaurants at the Fairmont Hamilton were very good-very good meals. Concierge services were good-made arrangements for an island tour and golf tee times. The outside grounds of the Hamilton Princess (near pool area) were ok-the negative was the presence of some small ants. Overall, very centrally situated place to stay and would return there to stay.
