| Hotel has a great modern look. Rooms are very comfortable even with 3 adults. Bathrooms are exceptionally large. Staff was great. Starbucks in the lobby, wonderful restaraunt downstairs and great gift shop. Will definatley go back.

| This hotel is in a good location near the interstate 40. There are plenty of nice eating resturants nearby. The staff was very friendly and there were no long lines to wait in. This is a top notch hotel. Wireless internet was available to use as well for a small fee. I will most definetley be staying there again.

| I expected exceptional service and I only got OK service. The room was not as comfortable as I expected. For the price that I paid I was rather disappointed. The room that I got was rather small and cramped. The hotel tried to be have a modern theme and I have to admit that I prefer hotels that are a bit more traditional.

| Checked in a little late. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was nice. I was on the 22nd floor and had a nice view. The lobby has a nice feel and the bar area was nice.

| We really enjoy staying at the Hilton in Memphis. It's modern style was definitely a bonus for us. The rooms are very clean and uniquely decorated. Almost feels like you're staying in Chicago or New York. The service was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. We've been back twice now and would definitely go again. We've stayed at a lot of hotels when we travel, and this one really didn't feel like a hotel room. They have a really cool bar area downstairs with flat screen TV's all around. Beautifully decorated, neat place to relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

| Overall our stay was nice. We had a couple of issues with the room service at the hotel. We ordered room service breakfast on two consecutive mornings and both times the orders were wrong. Items that we were charged for did not show up in our room. One of the meals was comped but the overall room service quality was poor.
