| The room was well worn. In other words, a little remodeling would greatly improve the atmosphere. The parking is a bit cramped!

| This hotel has newly appointed rooms with new carpet and bed linens. We requested a room with 2 queen beds and were impressed with the size of the room; plenty of room for all! The location is perfect for walking around downtown attractions and restaurants. It's just across the street from Ripley's Aquarium and a few blocks from the famous "Pancake Pantry". I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

| The general location of the hotel was outstanding. It took two minutes to walk to downtown Gatlinburg, there are six resturaunts in view from the front of the hotel. Easy parking, easy access to the road. Even on Sunday when everyone was leaving town, the road was easy to get too from the hotel.

| We have stayed here several times throughout the last 10 years and the hotel is really beginning to show its age. The management doesn't seem to be interested in making it any cleaner/nicer, either. This is especially important when you pay so much to stay there. Parking is horrible during busy periods as well.
