| Overall the hotel was awesome. The view of the room was good and staff were very courteous. The parking is $13/day (as of 10/2005) so remember that when you check in.

| I would definately recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff was Extremely nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. We were up on the 15th Floor in a corner room and had a nice view of the city as well as a so-so view of the falls. It wouldn't take your breath away, but it was somewhat visable from the window. Room cleanliness was impecable and the bathroom was excellent. The toiletries provided were generous and nice - they even provide cute little bottles of mouthwash on the counter. The bed was a 4 out of 5. If your visiting the area for a meeting/conference as I was, you will find that the rooms provided for such are quite nice, also. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

| My husband and I stayed at the Renaissance from Oct. 20-23, 2005. We were very impressed with the decor of the hotel, as well as, the room, and other facilities. We did not have a fallsview room, but we did have a jacuzzi, which was excellent. The rooms was quiet from outside noise and it was very clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool while there since it rained all day on our last full day there. The hotel was in walking distance of all the places where we ate and purchased souvenirs. It was my birthday during the trip and the hotel sent up complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a card. We would stay here again. It was a fantastic trip.

| We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are great. The food was good, esp. the Breakfast Buffet. The room was nice. Everything was very clean, which is the most important thing for my family. The pool, sauna and whirlpool was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to just about everything. It was a great experience and we would stay again.

| I expected to get some service on the Dinning room at breakfast, just a cup of coffee. Both of the day that me and my wife stayed there we had to ask the manager so she can give us a waitress to service us coffee. It bothers me so much that both of the morning we had gotten our first cup of coffee/drinks after we had finished eating and even that after complaining to the Dinning hall manager. Worst is the same thing happened the next day again, dinning hall managers did not take us for serious. I would not stay in this place again in the future and would not recommend anyone to stay either, because from my experience that this management does not provide any customer satisfaction at all

| The hotel was better than expected!!! Booking lodging on the web always leaves me uncomfortable, especially at tourist attractions. This is a great location, great facility, and the staff was wonderful. Was not expecting a view of the falls, but upon arrival found out that we were on the 12th floor (city view) and could see the Horseshoe falls from our room. We also had a wonderful view of the "Wire Walker" too. The kids loved it!!! We were within two blocks of the incline train, Skylon Tower, IMAX Theater and 3-5 blocks from the falls.

| Stayed at Renaissance Hotel Niagara Falls, ON week of May 20. Hotel was very nice & convenient to events - right across street from casino & the falls. Had jacuzzi suite, but you wouldn't really miss it since there's a hot tub at the pool. Helpful staff. Very Pleasant trip.

| We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As the previous reviewer stated, we were also in a falls view jacuzzi suite, I think we were on the 7th floor and could not see the falls. But overall, the hotel staff, service and room was really great. When we were asking to convert our US money into Canadian, the staff was honest enough to admit we'd get a better exchange rate at the casino across the street.

| Was very impressed. Across for the Casino if that's what you are going for. Got a great rate through expedia. Since the new casino went up the rates for the hotels did not come down in the winter so I was happy I found a hotel that wasn't charging me an arm and a leg.

| From check-in through check-out the hotel staff treated us wonderfully. The Delighted to Serve service is very helpful. Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay and the front desk personnel went out of their way to make our check out easy and efficient. The only thing that we thought was lacking was baggage service. Most of the hotels in this area will meet you outside to help with your luggage. Perhaps we entered at shift change? This did not at all detract from our pleasant stay, however.

| They advertised a falls view room with Jacuzzi Tub. The heart shaped tubs are difficult to sit in and the only view of the falls was the Falls View Casino parking garage. Don't expect to see an unobstructed view of the falls from less than the 10th floor. While the hotel was not what we expected, the room was well appointed and the hotel was very well located. The service and food were both very good and there were many resturants within walking distance.

| This was a really great hotel. I only had two problems with the room: On my first full day I had no hot water for a shower (although the second day was fine), and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
