| When we checked in the people at the front desk were rude, but I let that go thinking it was just bad customer service. When we got to the room, there were stains on every piece of furniture, no sheets or pillows, no shampoo or soap and the refrigerator was disgusting. In the time it took for us to check out, I heard the same horror stories from 5 other guests. So like I said in the title, I will never even walk by this hotel again.

| Great location for downtown events. Clean and the staff are friendly. We stayed for leisure and therefore a 9:30 am end to the continental breakfast is too early. We missed the breakfast.

| A great place to stay. One proviso: parking, while free of charge to guests, is in an enclosed lot two blocks away. Temprorary parking exists at the hotel only for checking in.

| Front desk personnel were great - very helpful and courteous. Room was more than we expected, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - we are planning another trip to Buffalo now that we know there is a very nice hotel to stay in RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN.
