| This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, with great service, and very close (within walking distance) of many restaurants, bars, and Pike Place Market to name just a few attractions. I'd highly recommend it as a great place to stay when you're in Seattle.

| I recently enjoyed a weekend at the Monaco, and was pleasantly surprised to find it was across the street from the new public library. The hotel isalso within a short walk of several outstanding restaurants. Cute and funky touches abound, the leopard print robes were a hoot! Service is what you would expect in a Kimpton - excellent and very prompt. One caution, though: avoid the rooms between the elevator and ice machine. They're tiny and noisy.

| This hotel has a great staff. It is beautiful. The attached restaurant/bar is fun. Our only complaint is that noise from the rooms on either side carried into our room. Not a big deal, just a little bother. We would, and will, return to this hotel over any other in Seattle.

| Nice medium size hotel in great downtown location. Easy walk to all the major destinations in downtown seattle. Average to small size room, but nice sheets and decorated nicely. Evening wine service was a good relaxer at the end of the day. The concierge was very helpful with directions and dinner reservations at some great restraunts. Parking is expensive downtown.

| This is a great place to stay! The rooms, staff and general ambiance of the Hotel Monaco is wonderful. When we returned home to Los Angeles, My friend realised that she had mislaid some small but special souvenirs. She called the Monaco to ask if they could find them. They could not but the hotel employee offered to my friend's amazement to go and repurchase the souvenirs and send them to her. A few days later the employee sent the repurchased gifts to my friend at entirely no cost to her. My friend and I cannot get over this kind act which surely also reflects on the Hotel Monaco in their choice of staff. I also loved "Johnny" the Goldfish who kept me company during my stay. The hotel offers this cute service. Everything was very clean and stylish, the food in the hotel restuarant is delicious and the daily free wine and beer tasting is great fun!

| My girlfriend and I spent a very relaxing weekend at the Monaco, just blocks from shopping, the waterfront and some of the best restaurants in the country. Room was colorful, comfortable and the poodle in the lobby was an incredibly beautiful dog.

| Very satisfied on my stay in that hotel... Free internet in room, stylish decoration in room, people there are professional. Only down side is parking is extra cost.

| Great service, large comfy room, young and funky vibe. Although, no pool, spa or laundry facility. Other than that, fantastic. Had a great stay, hard to get out of those comfy beds!

| Hotel Monaco is an excellent bargain for the price; the hotel is beautifully decorated, well maintained and the staff are highly professional and courteous. The rooms are very generous in size by hotel standards and contain all the amenities you would expect from a four-star hotel.

| Definately one of the top hotels in Seattle. Some of the best staff and service for the price in Seattle. As nice as Inn at the Market is the price difference is not justified. At the Monaco you are always treated well. From a friendly goldfish to keep you company to the great location it is the hotel we stay at the most when up on work or pleasure.
