| Well maintained and attractive. Large comfortable rooms. Mine had beautiful view of mountain and pool. Terrace had only one chair. Minibar empty.Coffee maker had no pot. No receptacle to put ice in - ice machine down the hall. Minimal toiletries. Check in not possible until 4.30pm. Chaos at reception. Lots of irate guests waiting for rooms. Receptionist when asked, says it happens a lot. We were given free breakfast voucher after many complaints. Not able to check out on TV. Redeemed by nice room.

| When you stay here...get the mountain view side. It's quieter & the scenery is great. Double check your room when you get in...make sure the countertops are clean & things are dusted.

| The location of the Hyatt was very good. It was on the north side of the "strip" which made it easy to get to everything by walking. The bed was a little worn but was ok.

| While this hotel may be a little older than others in the area, it is in a great location. It is walking distance to the conference center, dozens of restaurants, and countless stores and shops. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Gorgeous view of the golf course from the balcony. This hotel is an ideal place for anyone going to a conference in Palm Springs and has brought his or her family.

| Very pleasant place to stay, overall, but can see why it is billed as "3-star" rather than 4-star. The problems were somewhat trivial yet annoying, i.e. all vending machines out of soda throughout the stay (in some cases not indicating it, taking our money and keeping it). The mattress was very hard. However, would not rule out staying there again, and the location was perfect.

| For a longer stay, I might have chosen one of Palm Springs' many boutique hotels but this was just a quick overnight on our way West. The Hyatt Regency made for a very luxurious 10 hours. We liked having a suite, thought the bathroom was nice, and enjoyed breakfast in the atrium. We also liked that the pool, though small, had floats provided. The hotel's convenient location among shops and galleries made for some pleasant window shopping before we were back on the road.

| This was a great room for two, and was centrally located on the Palm Springs strip; Just park your car and let your feet do the rest. The room was large and clean. Our room had a nice patio overlooking Palm Canyon Drive. We stayed during the Summer, so we could hear (sometimes raucous) activity on the street until closing time. The parking garage was a bit run down, but the hotel area was very well kept.

| The hotel is very good, room is nice and clean. The pool is a little too small but it is still larger than the one I have at home. Service is good. Overall very good hotel and location for the money. I'll go there again.

| We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find our hotel located right in the center of quaint "downtown" Palm Springs. Dozens of great resturants and shops were within close walking distance. All rooms here are suites, and our balcony overlooked the pool with a lush golf course and mountains just beyond. The staff was real friendly, the parking very convenient and the sidewalk cafe' had good entertainment and yummy Mai Tai's.

| My family and I found this hotel to be well suited for our needs. It is well kept, with excellent suites. It has a great view of the mountains with a pool side room. The pool was nice, but not big. The service was excellent and the food was pretty good as well. While beverages were rather expensive, I suppose it might be the same anywhere in Palm Springs.Overall, My wife and I found this to be an exceptional hotel with a convenient location. We will definitely consider this location on our next vacation.
