| The hotel stay was fine in general, but we couldn't get a Sunday paper! Also, there's no hotel shuttle service on weekends, so I had to use my car to get to downtown Hartford. It appears that the hotel caters to weekday guests, and puts up with weekenders.

| Desk clerk was appropriately professional and refreshingly pleasant. Room is exactly what I ordered and needed. Restaurant food selection and quality was first rate.
