| When my husband and I walked to our room, the first thing we noticed was the smell in the hotel itself. It was a horrible musty urine odor that the hotel staff tried to mask with orange scent. We opened the door to our room, it looked okay to the naked eye. The view was great. We got an oceanview room. When looked a bit closer, the simplest of details were overlooked. There was a substantial amount of black long hair stuck to the wall and on the floor of the bathtub. Very small amounts of toliet paper was left, and it took an act of Congress to find the maid. We had to remake the bed to put a blanket on it. The window from the inside was filthy. The cold water out of the tap was warm. Needless to say, we did not have a relaxing time. I would choose another hotel when staying at Myrtle Beach.

| Maid didn't clean our room that first day - it was filthy and when I called to tell them, they brought us towels and assured us that it would be cleaned the next day; which it was, but that day they didn't give us any towels.

| Nice, clean and comfortable. Right on the beach on south end of town. Definitely would use again for a quick jaunt.

| For the price and location of this hotel, it was a great place to stay. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the staff for room service. It took forever to get a hold of someone working down there and when we did they didn't seem to know anything about the food they offered. Service for housekeeping however was very attentive. The elevators are very slow but if you are looking for a nice room for a good price, this is the place to stay.

| Took a week long vacation to Myrtle Beach and stayed adn the M Grande, everyhting was great, service was good, and parking was very conveniant. View of the beach was awesome!!

| I was extremely satisfied with our room and our stay. My only complaint was at the hotel restaurant the waitress was less than attentive and had a heavy accent making it difficult to understand her. That however wouldn't deter me from staying again! The beach access was wonderful and the pools were kept nice and clean! We loved our visit and can't wait to go back!

| I took a weekend trip to the beach. The hotel was clean, had a full kitchen in it, 2 refrigerators, great tv, all the extras, great view. Hotel staff was very attentive, and nice, hotel was beautiful on inside with restraunts, bars, everything!! We would definately stay here and recommend this place again.

| This is an old run-down hotel. Dirty, hard to find, and smells. Pay a little more and get a real hotel. Nothing "Resort" about it!

| The hotel needs to modernized alittle but for the price and the view of the ocean it was great. I would definitely go back. It was alittle hard to find at night because there was no light on the building to find it.

| Actually, we were just looking for a stopover for a night on our way to meet some family in Charleston. We used Expedia to find a good rate in South Myrtle Beach and were we surprised at the quality and location! We were almost sorry it wasn't our destination. Great room and facilities right on the beach. We'll try it again when we're back in Myrtle Beach.

| This hotel was much more than I expected for the amount of money we paid. The rooms were clean and maintenance was done reguarly and efficiently. The staff was very courteous. Also, the oceanview was wonderful from the side as well as the front.

| hotel was recently sold by Sheraton four points to Crown Reef and is in need of updates. price and location were good. It has good possibilities but requires much needed maintenance. Parking was easy and very accessible

| We expected much more of a sheraton hotel. The beds were not up to standard and very old. The overall condition of the room was poor and not upkept. It appears that they may also have changed owners since the sign was down and we had to drive around to find the hotel. Not what we expected.

| This was a Friendly and Clean resort. A great family hotel. The location is good and has lots to do close by. I would recommend to anyone.
