| We traveled with two young children (ages 1 and 2 1/2) and it was great to have the extra room with the suite. Although it wasn't as large as I had hoped, it had everything we needed; a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc... The one thing we were not happy with was the cleanliness of the carpeting in our room. With young kids who play on the floor you could really tell that the carpet was in need of a shampooing.

| Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was fine, but now noticable deterioration of rooms...appears unclean and very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was great and so was front counter service. Good cheap place to stay, but needs improvement.

| We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, basically becuase it said it was within a mile of the MOA, so we thought we could find it without a mapquest search for directions. HA! Nice hotel, good breakfast, could've done without the double beds. Good place to stay though.

| We chose this hotel for its proximity to Mall of America. It is very close, and it was not far to the zoo, or to the light rail system that we used to get to a Minnesota Twins game. The room was clean and roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Wi-fi internet access was a nice touch, as was the VCR. The one fault I could find with the room is the beds - not particularly comfortable, but manageable. The service was good. We asked for, and received, a fold-up bed at no extra charge. The kids had a good time in the pool and at breakfast where they were able to make their own waffles. This is not a "classy" hotel, but then the price reflects that. It has a nice location going for it, as well as a clean appearance and friendly staff.

| went to the Mall of America for a "Girls Weekend Out" and stayed at the Amerisuites Mall of America. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport and the Mall was dependable. Room was spacious, we would stay here again.

| Our family of four stayed here for three nights. Free parking, large buffet breakfast, and free shuttle to Mall of America and the airport, both of which are only 3 minutes away. Not alot of amenities, but good value for the price.

| Loved the popcorn. I asked questions of the front desk and they were very helpful. The breakfast waffles were popular. The planes fly close but we didn't hear them much.

| At first glance the hotel was nice. Check in was smooth and the room was clean. Jumping into the pool I was suprised to find it freezing cold for being an indoor pool. There was also no hot tub to warm up in either. The staff was very friendly in helping us find a restraunt close, however a 5:30am wake up call that we did not ask for was a nice treat. I think the next trip we make we will book elsewhere due to personal experience.

| My friend and I stayed here Thanksgiving weekend to do some Xmas shopping and have a "girls weekend". We felt very safe staying here..the hotel staff was very nice..our room was very clean and well kept up. The shuttle to and from the mall was a little bit of a hassle. We took it in the mornings..but took a taxi back in the evenings rather than wait and wait. (The shuttle only runs at specific times..on the :15 of every hour.) Skip the breakfast...powdered eggs and fatty sausage...not to mention limited table space and your typical buffet clientele. All in all we aould stay here again.

| Great Budget Hotel with a lot of amenities such as coofee/tea in the lobby 24/7, expanded continental breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc, and popcorn in the evening. The two drawbacks were the noise from some unruly children whose parents were not supervising them and the unusual smell in our room from the humidity (I got around that by spraying some cologne on the Ac vents). All in all, a comfortable place to stay.

| The rooms are awfully small for the price that I paid for them. I thought there would be more room. There is no hot tub and that was a real disappointment. The pool was quite cold, even though it is an inside pool.

| We spent New Year's Eve there, planning to leave our auto for eight days and take the courtesy shuttle to MSP. Well, no shuttle (not even a surly one) before 0500 and there was a $40 USD charge to leave our car behind. Had I know I would have made other arrangements.

| The hotel was good. The breakfast hours could have been a little longer. It would be really nice if the shuttle to the mall could be every half hour instead of one hour, otherwise no complaints.

| This hotel has an extensive continental breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and make-your-own Belgian waffles. Suites are nice; wish they would move the TV (or have 2 TV's) so it was not halfway between the bedroom and living room areas.
