| Kind of a dumpy place. More of an apartment complex than a hotel. The "fitness center" is a treadmill, a stationary bike, and an elliptical machine, all crammed together in a tiny room. The food is bad, with only one choice per meal. Think school room cafeteria more than buffet. The rooms are spacious, but for what you pay, you'd expect more.

| I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was the rooms were spacious, clean and everything was new especially for the price we paid. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was sumptious to say the least. Very close to everything around boston!

| Our recent stay was quite average but with a package deal also quite a bargain. The hotel serves hot breakfast each morning, has a small but adequate exercise room, and while it boasts nothing but businesses around it, you have easy and quick access by car to the freeway. The convenience of staying in a room equipped with a kitchen is also a plus. The reason why our stay was not above average had more to do with odd little quirks throughout the week. For example we had booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room so we had to get that changed the next day. Our access keys were disabled, twice, for some reason. On one day our maid service seemed to have gotten halfway through cleaning and then took a break and forgot to finish the room. We came back to no towels among other things. On another day we requested early maid service and 7 hours later we still had no service. So it is clearly not a high-service hotel. But even with those flaws if you are in need of a bargain hotel equipped with a kitchen in the Waltham area, it is not a bad place to stay. Most of the staff are courteous too.
