| From the get go this hotel was a huge mistake. Not enough parking (the few spots were in a scary dark basement), limited (and old) elevators, only room for say 20 people in breakfast area (so line for breakfast was very very long). Room we reserved was supposed to be non-smoking but one we were originally shown had clouds of smoke and cigarette burns in the blanket! We switched rooms and this one had food on the floor so obviously had not been cleaned well after the last guest. Entire place was dirty. I couldn't wait to take a shower when I got home since this place was so gross.

| The hotel is "tired" and is in need of a redo. The desk is right by the door, and there is very little room to stand while checking in, etc. The elevator may as well not be there. It is so slow that most people opt to walk the stairs. This is very inconvenient if you have luggage. Our room was very small and also "tired." Wallpaper was coming off the walls and the lamps, furniture, etc. were old. The bathroom sink was almost non-existent, with no countertop space. We had an area outside our patio door that you could sit outside, but there weren't any chairs in the room. You had to sit on the bed. The one positive is that it is within walking distance to the Space Needle and some restaurants.

| The hotel was clean; the staff was nice and helpful; room was clean and comfortable; and it was at a very reasonable price. The hotel and service was not above and beyond the benchmark. I feel that it was an average hotel when compared to others that I stayed at.

| I would recomend this hotel if you will NOT be spending much time in your room. It is close to downtown, but everything else seems far if you do not have transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel in general was mediocre and the one working elevator was extremely slow. The only thing that does get kudos is the full service breakfast, otherwise pay a little more and getting something a lot better.

| This hotel is conveniently located and staff are friendly. I picked it because the room information indicated that wireless was complimentary. However, the wireless signal was weak. Only one staff person of about 6 knew that there was ethernet available in each room. This is an example of how the staff may not know their property as well as should. Excellent hot breakfast that is part of the price and was an unexpected delight because hot eggs, bacon and waffles along with the more common complimentary breakfast. Good microwave and refrigerator with short walk to a convenience store that has appropriate food. Halls and elevators could be cleaner but room itself was fine.

| The phone did not work, there was a Large black spider (dead) in the tub and the carpet was dirty with large spots on it. The bed was not on the frame straight and the bottom sheets were to small for the beds. The bathroom was tiny. The heater unit looked like it had seen better days and there were rips in the window screen. What is bothersome is the room was not that cheap. I expected more from a Quality Inn. The highlight was the breakfast. It was above average. And the pool was enjoyable, though the hot tub was not working.

| It was a place to stay. It was old with smallish rooms but clean. The breakfast was a disappointment mostly because of not enough staff to wipe tables and resupply food as well as cheap plastic makeshift furnishings in the overflow room. We ate there the first morning and opted to eat elsewhere the second. While it's not a place I would look forward to staying in, the price and location were great. Even though the monorail was down for repairs, only a few blocks of walking brought us downtown to shopping and a few more to the waterfront market. THe staff was friendly.

| Starts out with poor parking labeled "Park at your own risk". Basement parking dark, scary. My son and I from medical appts...he was in wheelchair..no assistance. Room MUCH smaller then pictures, grimy, old. 6 inches walkway between bed and tv.dresser. Table in far corner unaccessible to room with out climbing over 2cd bed. Bath horribly small. Phone blinking "message" when we entered...a drunk woman calling at 1 am 8 days previous. Bedspreads didn't seem like they had been cleaned..we removed them. Loud, right by busy road, too. Breakfast good, pool nice. Check out - told her I was unhappy..she walked away. DOubt anyone will ever see my comment card. Difficult to find..lots of one ways. Would be ok for single man.

| Rooms and bathroom were slightly smaller than average but desk and highspeed internet connection were terrific. Beds pretty typical comfort-wise. The best feature is this hotel's free breakfast for all guests--far better than the typical continental breakfasts one usually encounters. Eggs, meats, hash browns, waffle mix/makers, great muffins, breads, and bagels (and a good toasting machine), plus the fruits, cereals, juices, milks, etc. that one often finds. And a much larger than usual dining room for the breakfast.

| We stayed here because downtown hotels were above our budget. Good location for activities in the Seattle Center area (monorail/needle, EMP, etc.). Long walk/short drive to the waterfront or market areas. Above average breakfast (eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles). Staff was very helpful with extra pillows and towels, always very friendly. Now the bad news - the room was awful! Hardly any room to walk between the beds and dresser. Air/heat unit looked like someone had kicked the grill in. TV barely worked - found the cable broken and taped in the closet. Tiny bathroom. Also, the hot tub was too hot to even get in. For the price, I'd stay here again if it was just me but I'd never bring my wife and two kids here again.

| Our room was small and the carpet needed replacing, but the bed and bath were clean. The breakfast is really good here, a complete breakfast, not just rolls, juice and coffee. This is not a place to stay if you can't manage the stairs as they seem to be unable to keep their elevator running.

| Good location near the Seattle Center. Front desk staff great. Everyone was willing and able provide directions (by car, bus and foot) to all major attractions. Early check-in, securing my luggage, and allowing me to leave my rental in the covered parking after check-out allowed me an extra half day of siteseeing. Only one bad thing - the TV situation. No ESPN, and lousy reception of TNT - a terrible combination during NBA playoffs.

| The hotel was under repairs but the photos didn't lie. Bed was comfortable (king) room was small but since we only stayed one night it didn't matter. The staff was nice and the buffet style breakfast was a nice suprise from the usual continental. Overall I would stay there again if I was short on money and time. It's close to Seattle Center
