| This was one of the worst Ramada experiences that I have ever had. The wait staff was lazy and unprofessional. The dishwear and utensils at the breakfast buffet were NOT clean.

| My overall review for this hotel is excellent. I enjoy my stay there. It was nice and quiet, located near various restaurants that are in walking distance and withing driving to the Mall for shopping. Easy access to your rooms and the parking lot area from the road/highway. The check in/out process was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.Thank you
