| I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience. The front office assistants were very nice and helped us find all of our options to get into Chicago from Wood Dale. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the entire hotel in general. The only complaint I have is some of their printed material claims that they have a continental breakfast, but this is NOT TRUE. They have a restaurant that has a $9.99 buffet. Overall great experience, however.
