| The hotel is built around an open area called the Atrium. Most of the rooms face this open area. At the bottom of the Atrium is the hotel's bar. Music is played here every night and permeates into the rooms, even until midnight. Make sure you don't get a room with an adjoining door as you can hear conversations going on next door and the phone rings loudly. I was wakened at 3:30 am some mornings after being kept up until midnight by the music. The service in the Chinese and Japanese restaurants was very slow. I had to wait 5 minutes just to flag down a waitress. The Italian restaurant and Indian restaurant had very good service. Food in all of the restaurants was very good. I especially liked the breakfast at the Summer Place restaurant. This is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. I would stay here again if they did not have music in the Atrium. The MRT train is a 15 minute walk so that was a bit far.

| Overall the hotel is a beautiful place. The one negative is the club floor, where the breakfast is quite basic and the snacks etc offered during the day don't compare well with other club facilities I've used in Singapore.

| The hotel had everything you would expect in a four or five star hotel. The location in Singapore for my needs was ideal. It was easy to get everwhere as it was conneted to two of the largest shopping malls. The room was fine and the service was fine. What I really liked about the room was that it had a open air balconey where you could sit out and enjoy spectacular views of the city and the esplanade that has a lot of activity at night.

| The Pan Pacific Hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in overseas. I have been to over 20 countries and none has come close (USA not included) smile. The staff is simply wonderful. Any issues I had were taken care of immediately. There is no doubt that I will recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that's going to Singapore. Words cannot describe my experiences at Pan Pacific...it was just that AWESOME!

| was pleasantly surprised with the room, especially for the relatively low rate for a luxury hotel, all the amenities you would expect are there. even though the main shopping road in Singapore, Orchard Road is a little far, there are several large shopping centers adjacent to the hotel, and then there is the added bonus of the having the quay with its excellent cafes and bars nearby...

| Great Price and location, and one of the best Indian Restaurants in the world. Try the Prawn Dish. 5 dollar cab fare to Orchard Road.

| We recently went to Singapore for a couple of days, and stayed at the Pan Pacific. The room was spacious and very nicely done up, and had good views of the city. Washroom was modern and clean, and had all the basic amenities. We got a good deal on Expedia, and at that price we believe it was a great value for money.

| Oustanding service provided by a staff that truly cares. This hotel is ideally located in Singapore. It is close to just about everything. The hotel has excellent staff that goes out of its way to make business travelers welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. Ranging from the business lounge where one can conduct meetings, to the restaurants available on the premises (Italian, Indian), this hotel has it all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I am thinking of staying here when I go back for business AND pleasure.

| This is an excellent hotel on the Marina in Singapore. Close to shopping centers, the Esplanade, downtown. The service is impeccable and the staff courteous and very competent. Property well-maintained.

| A very good hotel for any occasion. The pool is very big and you can have 20 different kind of massage or body treatment. Nice restaurant on the 37th floor with a spectacular view.
