| Friendly, helpful service. Like the deco styling & look. Did not try the restaurant or get a chance to visit the bar so no help there. DuPont Circle area is a good area with a lot of amenities and easy access-Metro is really easy, safe & efficient. Shops and food abound, especially a walk north on 18th Street. The embassies add an interesting touch along with many fine homes and some great architecture.

| For the Washington Hotel Market it was a good buy. Good access to Metro and dining. Very little lobby area.

| The location of the hotel put us at about a maxium of a $10.00 cab ride anywhere in the city. Unless you decide to walk a short distance to the underground rail system, which costs about $1.50 to $2.00 (one way), from DuPont Circle to any major site in the city. We had fun and would return to the same hotel. The only down side was for the price we paid for the room, we expected to be furnished with morning coffee, rather than getting it out of the vending machine (which was located in the basement of the hotel, with the other machines.

| Wonderful location, clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff, without the "unneeded excesses". The suite setup was perfect, small but very efficient.
