| Overall, St. Paul is great hotel. Its location is ideal - it is in the quiet part of Old Montreal and about three blocks from the Metro. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was wonderful (pastries, cheese, yogurt, coffee, juice and eggs). The decor was beautiful and the room was comfortable to stay in.

| Had a good time in this hotel and city. Nice room, the only thing that does not fit is the outdated tv but then there is so much to do in Montreal that you do not use it much. The breakfast was great. Had read previous reviews and was not expecting a lot but we both enjoyed eating breakfast there in the morning, good choice of rolls, cheeses, fruits and yoghurt. If I were to go back to Montreal I would definetly consider staying there again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

| From the deepest bathtub you've ever seen, the clean, modern design to the wonderfully helpful staff, you could not have a better stay in Montreal. The beddings have an intriguing feel, the staff's dining and entertainment recommendations always on point, the food is good, the local beer tasty and the Old Montreal location cannot be beat for a memorable weekend getaway or holiday stay.

| Relatively small, edgy boutique hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter. Cool restaurant, bar is a little small and obviously not purpose built. Rooms small, but perfectly adequate.

| nice, hip hotel without the attitude. concierge was helpful making dinner reservations. We booked a superior room (the lowest on the rung) and we were very pleased with it. Bathrooms are huge and clean. Hotel is pretty minimal which may be not be as luxurious as some may expect in choosing a pricier hotel but we appreciated the absence of bad hotel art on the bare white walls.

| With the exception of a slightly stiff mattress, this room was right on the money. Nice huge soaking tub, decent water pressure, complimentary high speed internet. Rooms need flat screen TVs and better seating, Desk chair too stiff and pony-skin faux cowhide chair was much more form over function. Good bathroom amenities, including a good unisex Laveneder cologne.
