| Beleive me,, this place is just perfect, Its not six star,,, but clean, safe, and free parking, One does not need more. two to three upscale supermarkets in the area, internet cafe and laundrymat nearby,, Restaurants are somewhat pricey in the area,, but you are in beverly hills dont forget, at bristol farms they also have hot food at a decent price, the continental breakfast is just right,, if you want more, go to the suppermarket and add some cheeses. farmers market is about two miles,, great movie theatre there

| I personally enjoyed the BT. The bathroom door was a little weird - 2 panels that open in the middle, but we were on the Santa Monica Blvd side and never heard any traffic noise to keep us awake. I enjoyed the open air feel of the lobby and breakfast by the pool. The parking made me nervous but after leaving the keys at the front desk and letting them move the car I never had any trouble. I'd stay again. The staff was helpful and very California cool.

| Smallish hotelroom with internet hook-up but no real desk made for uncomfortalbe work postion, had to sit on the bed with the laptop. Clean bathroom, somehow french style with showerstall, but not enought space for all my jars and make-up. Can recommend the hotel, free parking, complimentary breakfast with the basics, refrigerator in the room, friendly staff and might stay there for my next LA westside trip. No smoking indoors, only by the pool. Located just off the Sunset one can hear the traffic but with earplugs it is ok.

| Nice little cozy hotel. The free parking and good location were enough to get my vote, but no... they had to throw in free wireless internet access too. This and deceptively small appearing rooms which served their purpose well (sleeping, showering). Complimentary breakfast was a plus, especially since the hours were from 7-10AM. The downside? Small TV, and paper thin walls. Furnishing and decoration wise, though, they've really done a great job of making the place feel like a 60's style Hollywood oasis. If all you need is a comfortable place to sleep while you go out and sightsee or take care of business during the day, then this is a nice place to stay.

| This hotel gives adequate accommadations. The rooms are white with black furniture, red curtains, and brushed silver accents. Sort of an asian theme. They are small and very simple. It's right on the street so you will hear traffic going by. The parking was very bad. There are not enough spaces for guests. Cars are parked so tightly that our rental was hit!!! Don't be surprised if you wake up and find another car parked right in front of yours.

| Staying at the Beverly Terrace was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The parking was convenient. The coffee was fantastic. If you didn't know you were in Los Angeles, you'd think you were in a European hotel. If you enjoy running, there's a path right across the street that leads you on a two-mile trek down the most wonderful neighborhood. I love this place. I'll definitely be back. If you give this place a try, I'm sure you'll be back too. Happy Travelling!

| This is a very simple but nice hotel located in a great spot on Santa Monica Blvd in Beverly Hills, less than 1 mile far from the Sunset Strip. The staff is friendly, service is good and breakfast is served on a very nice pool deck. Complimentary parcking and the 24h grocery store nearby are very convenient. I would go back there if I'd stay in Beverly Hills again.

| The room was small but that did not bother me one bit. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean well stocked with soap, shampoo, cups, bath towels and wash cloths. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. Though located at a very busy intersection my room was quiet. Parking was a bit difficult at night becuase of the valet parking for the restaurant. When I return to Los Angeles, I will stay, once again, at The Beverly Terrace.

| There was mold on the window sill in the bathroom and also on the upper walls of the shower stall. The only lock was on the door knob, I did not feel secure. The TV had 5 channels and only 1 seemed to come in at a time. There were not any controls for heat in the room. Mine was turned on when I did not want it. Window air conditioner above the window, making it hard for anyone to change temperatures. Parking is the pits.
