| The hotel is located in a great area for anybody going on vacation to Buenos Aires. Our soemwhat small room overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery which was a great sight The lobby and pool area made beautiful use of light. The room service however left something to be desired somedays our room was not cleaned up and the days it was cleaned up it was not done in a manner one would expect. For a three and a half star hotel it had a five star attitude from the front desk which surprised my wife and I. Nevertheless we would probably go back to the hotel for its location alone besides when you are in Buenos Aires you don't want to spend time cooped up in a hotel.

| This hotel is well located if you want to stay in the Recoletta district. It is just across the street from the cemetary and Pillar church complex, close to many restaurants and in a safe area. A nice breakfast buffet is included with your room charge. However, you better brush up on your Spanish - only a few staff members speak English and their English isn't great when you get to subjects more complicated than getting a taxi or a dinner reservations.

| My company's office is located in Recoleta and I stayed here for that reason. It turned out that the location was really great -- close to the weekend fair and to a number of very good restaurants. (I recommend Pane e Vino and El Parillon, both within a block.) As dinner in Buenos Aires is at 10 pm or later, it was just wonderful to be able to eat a fine meal and still return to the hotel before 1 am! and be able to walk back as well! Our room was smaller than others we have had in Buenos Aires and also a bit more expensive -- but the convenient location more than made up for those differences. The staff did not "bend over backwards", but were helpful, friendly and efficient. I will definely stay here on my next visit!

| This is a very nice hotel at a good location in Buenos Aires. Rooms are clean and quite roomy. The front desk staffs were very helpful. I emailed the hotel to request for Teatro Colon tickets, and the staff made all the necessary arrangement and prompty replied to me by email. They also made great restaurant recommendations. The indoor garden where we have breakfast everyday is very nice. I don't know if they have non-smoking room; we requested one but did not get it. It maybe a good idea to request a room on the higher floor, since the crowd in the street can get rowdy at night. Each front desk staff differs greatly in his/her ability to speak and understand English. If you see a puzzled look on the staff's face, try to supplement your question with a little Spanish, or simply ask someone else. There is at least one person there who speaks fluent English.

| Service has gone down hill since I was last at tis hotel 6 months ago. The front desk receiption appears to be chaotic and the atmosphere has turned "snooty" which is laughable considering this is a 3 star hotel. Was much better 6 months ago.
