We stayed here President's day weekend and a few days the following week. On the holiday the place was like a dormatory. Very loud! Things quieted down the following nights. The hotel was very comfortable and the bedroom area pretty quiet for a hotel. The only complaint I have is about the living room area. The front door allowed the smell from our neighbor smoking in the hallway to fill our room with smoke smell. The living room area is also noisy as it faces the courtyard. The breakfast buffet is very busy with so-so food.

The space provided for a family of four was super. Breakfast was good and a great convenience. Our biggest complaint was that although we requested a nonsmoking room months in advance, we were given a smoking room with no option for change, and the room smelled terrible, even after housekeeping sprayed it with something, and we bought an air freshener ourselves. Would not stay here again if nonsmoking room could not be guaranteed.

Visited in Jan 2006. Very nice and accomedating. Room was not ready when we arrived so they upgraded us. Breakfast was pretty good. Syrup was not real warm and the bacon and sausage was luke warm. Made to order ommlettes were real good. Bus service to surrounding areas for $3 a day. However, we went to Knotts and had to pay for a taxi that charged $25 oneway for 9 miles away. this hotel did not provide transportation and some of the other Embassy's did. Overall a really nice hotel and very spacious rooms.

Great hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and managers reception were great. However, the fire alarm rang early one morning creating havoc with five adults who were sleeping at the time; turned out to be a false alarm We walked to Disneyland on day but it took about 20 mins. The shuttle service was great, a five day pass was $12/person. A highly recommended hotel and we can't wait to go back!!

My wife and I were traveling with our 2 young granddaughters; the full service breakfast was great. Trying to find a parking stall on weekend evenings was nearly impossible due to hotel functions and the stall widths are way too narrow. You could barely squeeze out of the car once you parked. The fire alarm rang on one morning creating havoc especially with 2 young children who were sleeping at the time; turned out to be a false alarm

The shuttle is 3.00 each for the day. It runs every 20 mins. so you can go back to the hotel to rest, than go back to Disney again.

This hotel is lovely. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. The managers reception is a nice bonus although we missed it most days. We are used to staying in condos as we own 2 timeshares. This time we wanted to be closer to Disneyland so we chose this hotel for the suites and the breakfast. We would stay here again. The only disappointments we had were with the front desk. They gave us wrong information on how to get to Knotts Berry Farm and how long it would take to get there. They also had no clue how to get to "the Block". (shopping center) We called the local public bus services and got to both places quickly and cheaply.

We experienced two false fire alarms in the middle of the night due to an alarm fault that the hotel had some trouble fixing for some reason. The manager was not at all helpful in informing guests about what was going on. Some people were really scared and even checked out at 3 in the morning. Despite this, communication about what was really happening was awful, and no guests got any compensation for the major inconvenience. Elevators are slow and laundry facilities inadequate. However, the facility and rooms are fabulous. If you get better service than we got, more power to you. It could be a good value if management got its act together.

The hotels was great, some of the best things about the hotel were the people and breakfast which included pancakes, omelets, and a variety of other chooses. Taxi from the John Wyane Airport was about $35 each way. A bank of America is across the street. The hotel offers a list of numbers for various activities such as tours, and they have coupons for the various theme parks on hand. On my last night there I was awaken by the alarm at 2am and asked to leave the hotel room, something had happened with the fish pond causing a flood on the first floor. When I checked out they removed all charges for room service and stated that I would not be charged anything in addition to my original reservation.

The overall experience we had at this hotel was great! The room was nice and clean, the food was great, reception was great and the free breakfast was great. We went to breakfast at different times. Definitely follow the advice of going down early. The only minus to this hotel was that the room service trays were left outside of each room far too long. It really clutters up the halls with trays and pizza boxes for as long as a day at a time. Other than that, a great stay. The shuttle was great, although a bit crowded at times.

The Embassy Suites had obove satisfactory service. The complamentary breakfast every morning was the best. The poolside service, and drinks were fast and well made. The only complaint I have was the mattress was way to firm, I sell beds for a living and I know from customers that over 70% want a little softer. Of that 70%, 40% want a pillow top on there mattress. If the bed was softer I would of rated the stay a 5 for sure.

I have to tell you that the Embassy Suite Hotel in Anaheim just made our trip awesome. Upon your arrival you will be awed by the appearace of the hotel lobby that has a coi pond and a waterfall. Then, when you look up you see a 14 story of room everywhere. I can't explain it. You then hop into a glass elevator where you can see the sceanery you head up to your floor. Breakfast was the best! You get to eat in the lobby were you are surrounded by trees, flower, waterfalls and a coi pond. YOu fell like you are in a jungle paradise. The view in the hotel room is awesome too....especially at night. THe staff was excellent too! I will plan on staying there again.

My family of four (kids ages 2 & 4) just finished our trip to Disneyland and this hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were large, comfortable and easily fit us all, including a supplied crib. We took advantage of the free breakfasts and easily saved over $150 for the five mornings we were there. The staff were extrememly helpful and pleasant and each time we requested more towels or linens they arrived in under two minutes at our door. The ART stops right outside the front door, runs every 20 minutes, and makes no other stops to or from Disneyland. Kids under 9 ride for free so we made had unlimited rides on it for $24 over the course of five days. For airport transfers, save yourself the headache and hire a limo from limos.com. The cost was only $7 more than riding Super Shuttle and had none of the associated waiting nightmares that come with SS.

I'll make it short...When we arrived at the Hotel I (the wife) gave the front desk the wrong credit card. Unfortunately, this became an ongoing saga. When we were told that the situation had been corrected, we continued to receive embarrassing phone calls from Room Service. It was great to stay at a hotel that had breakfast and dinner served at no cost to the guests. Not to mention a hotel that made it possible to get a cocktail after a long day at one of the amusement parks. The suite had 2 small double beds which was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 children (my husband and I slept in seperate beds with our daughters). We received the best service from the bellhops. They were extremely curtious and helpful, dispite the fact that they were working double shifts. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel in the future.

I didn't like the front desk staff. They weren't into customer care at all. They told me where to catch the shuttle bus and where to get the ticket for the bus, but I couldn't find it. Instead of coming out from behind their desk and taking me where I needed to go, they continued to tell me. There was noone else there, and they should have made more of an effort. My kids and I were hyper to get to Disneyland and they didn't seem to care. I missed the bus because of them and had to wait another 20 minutes. Really inconvenient to Disneyland for me. I ended up taking a cab half of the time. The breakfast wasn't a big enough draw to stay there again.

The whole experience was great. The room was good sized and was clean. All equipment was in good condition and worked well. The living unit held a dining table with four chairs. A sofa which converts into a bed and an arm chair. A bar with a microwave and mini refrigerator was also located in the living room. The bedroom was separate from the living area and had two beds, a large TV and a vanity table with chair. The manager's reception was daily and they had name brand hard liquor, wine, beer and snacks. In the mornings the hotel had a complimentary hot breakfast. Made to order omelets were fast and filling. They also had buffet style servings of bacon, premium sausage, pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes and French toast. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and pastries were also available. Coffee, tea, Cappuccino, 3 types of juices could be found at the beverage bars. The hotel lobby has waterfalls and large koi goldfish. It is truly beautiful. The maid service did an excellent job and the room was always clean and clean towels were always available. They have an adequate sized gym in the fitness room and a swimming pool and hot tub outside. The hotel is located on Harbor Blvd (Same Street as Disneyland) about 1 1/2 miles from Disneyland. They have a Disneyland trolley that picks up passengers in front of the hotel often. The hotel has a restaurant inside and the food was good and pretty reasonable. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
