| the staff was very friendly. the ladies at the front desk were somewhat helpful but very kind. the breakfast was good, but they were not totally prepared for all the teams that stayed at the hotel on our second morning.

| The hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and pleasant, and the location was ideal for my business calls in the Lexington area. A good value all around!

| Good location off Winchester Road. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby and Cracker Barrel is also within walking distance. Will stay there again on business should I come through Lexington. Outstanding value for the services and the room provided for the price paid.

| This Comfort Inn is in a convenient place as well as well maintained and clean. Each time I've stayed there, the staff has been less than eager to help those of us waiting in line to check in, and let answering the phone take priority.

| More pillows on the beds would of been nice. The one pillow was ok for sleeping but sitting and watching TV needed more support.

| Very nice updated rooms, wireless internet is a plus, very clean and the decor is very attarctive. Love staying there because of the friendly staff and the comfort

| Nothing spectacular or over the top. Good, averqage hotel with solid amenities. Very much what you would find in comparables. There was a snafu in my room. They did not show me checked in, and then let someone in there the next night. They did clear it up. Staff was not as knowledgable about local attractions as other places I have stayed.

| I was very surprised to find only cold water in the morning for a shower. Seems there was no hot water. I did not enjoy such a start to my day in taking a cold shower. Thank God it wasn't winter or that the water was any colder then it was.
