| Overall the hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable, air worked well, hotel was quiet overall and the morning breakfast went above and beyond the traditional continental breakfast. Each room included a refrigerator and microwave as well as a counter/sink and couch. Indoor heated swimming pool came in handy. Literally minutes from the airport. Would definitely stay again if in the greater Charlotte area.

| Room was decent, and big! Located on the top floor. Hot breakfast provided. Fitness room and pool room available at all hours. Away from the city and near the airport.

| The hotel was spotless, the breakfast every morning was hot & fresh, the pool was very clean. Except for one night the hotel housed a group of teens on a field trip and allowed them to yell & scream & play football right outside our room, the stay was lovely. After 1 phone call the "party" was broken up soon afterwards...Staff was friendly & helpfull...

| This hotel is very clean and modern. I appreciated the helpful staff in regards to suggesting places to eat and shop. My suite was very comfortable and the extra amenities such as the micro-fridge and microwave were a great plus. I will stay here on my next business or pleasure trip to the Charlotte area. I will also suggest this hotel to colleagues and family.

| I was extremely impressed with service - breakfast was good, shuttle service prompt & friendly, clean room & nice staff. They even reimbursed me for the cab since the shuttle wasn't running to bring me back to my car! But I could not sleep in the bed it was too hard & my room was too bright I did not sleep a wink. They need curtains on the windows.
