| I should have read the reviews first. I have been coming to Las Vegas for 28 years and I have never had such a terrible experience ever. From the moment we checked in until we left, everyone we had contact with was either rude or indifferent to hotel guests. At the Panda restaurant, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes; the staff had their backs to us and occaisonaly looked over but never came over to help us; we left in disgust.

| The Frontier Atrium Suites were never really luxurious but neither was the hotel. It was, in the past a place where you could expect a reasonable stay. This time the rooms were overly shopworn. The toilet leaked. The drain was stopped up and there was mold in the showers. There was no "do not disturb" card. The towels were worn and thin. The one meal we ate in the hotel's coffee shop was poorly prepared. The sandwich was served on the wrong bread, it's contents were poorly distributed and the french fries were room temperature.Making matters even worse. There is a hidden charge if five dollars a day for phone and energy use. Since I never use the phone for anything but local calls, if that I found the charge to be onerous. This was compounded by our having to pay jacked up convention rates as well.I later learned tht the hotel has been sold to make room for high-end condos. The New Frontier is dismal and dying, avoid it.

| This hotel was disgusting. The front office staff were not interested in helping or trying to improve your opinion of their establishment. The rooms were pathetic. Our bed had a huge whole that consumed at least half of the mattress. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold with the second shower ALWAYS being icy. There weren't any restaurants in the hotel that were decent enough to eat at. We will never stay at this hotel again. I was disappointed that Expedia rated this hotel a 3.

| Both the hotel and casino are filthy and run down. The towels are threadbare and dingy gray. Our shower leaked and the toilet ran all night. The walls are paper thin and the domestic arguement next door was shared by everyone on the floor. The food from the coffee shop was almost inedible and was served cold (toast and eggs). I will never go back, but the valets were always courteous, quick and beyond helpful.

| When my daughter, Jamie, and I walked through our door our mouths dropped. We couldn't believe how big our room was! And the double bed was huge! We opened the curtains and found out we had a great view of The Strip, too! This was the first time either of us stayed at a hotel through Expedia and weren't sure what to expect. I will definetly use them again and would certainly recommend The New Frontier. As hard as it was leaving The Strip each night, at least we had a great room to go back to. Thanks Frontier!

| I love staying at the New Frontier because it is so easy to get in and out (a road on both sides) and you can park without going into garages. I'm the kind of person that likes to get in and out in a hurry when I want to go somewhere, so the ease of access is important for me. The rooms are rather simple (for instance, no coffee service or other perks), but also inexpensive. You are close to all the other major hotels and the Interstate.

| Good conditions, nice and clean room. Old furniture thou.Good location, close to the main attractions on the Strip and within walking distance. The only problem I had was when we arrived we were offered a room (the type we ordered through expedia) on the first floor only. We didn't want it. So at the front desk they offered us an upgraid: to pay extra $20 per night and have a one bedroom suite on 14th Floor with a good view.I think it was a good idea to do so.Otherwise, we spent not much in this hotel. Only sleeping and breakfast (desent bufeu for $12 per person downstairs). Also there is a nice night club in this hotel with girls mud fight and crazy bull riding.Good luck to everyone and have fun in Las Vegas

| Spend a few hundred dollars more and stay somewhere else. Gilly's, the "cowboy" bar, is an OK bar with a mechanical bull (bikini bull riding!) and cute waitresses if you want to pay a $10 cover charge to get in. (you have to pay even if you are staying there!?) The bar also tends to play about 75% heavy metal and 25% country music even thought it is a cowboy bar. The hotel itself is Motel 6'ish and there is a lack of card tables in the casino.

| The New Frontier is a 3-star Hotel. It fully meets that standard, and is reasonably priced.Guest rooms are surprisingly large and well-maintained. The Hotel has 3 restaurants, and smoking is permitted. Of these, we used 2. The Orchard is reasonably-priced and, in our opinion, offers an excellent buffet for all 3 meals. Gilley's is targeted toward the younger crowd, with sand on the floor, a mechanical bull, and a limited, but good, menu. The Front Desk is under-manned, meaning a sometimes long wait, but they eventually get the job done. The Hotel offers all the usual, but not the "aristocratic", amenities. It does not have a floor show so far as we could determine, but is located very near a shopping mall, many other Hotel/casinos offering shows, and has adequate/convenient parking. The Hotel advertises that it is the only one offering Bingo (we do not play Bingo, but saw it being played). It has the usual panoply of slot machines, gaming tables, betting rooms, etc.Overall, we found the New Frontier to be an excellent value for the money. It is not "new"or "exotic" as many others are, but is fully adequate and convenient to other Hotel/casinos which are.
