| The room and bathroom were extremely small -- the bathroom ridiculously so. Nicely set up though and contemporary, attractive stylings. I would recommend it, but beware if you want to spread out... you're out of luck. The location is great.

| If you are looking for reasonable rates right downtown, this is a great place to stay. Rooms more on the European side, small but efficient. If you are looking for tons of room or king size beds you won't find it here. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel was closed for remodeling, a minor inconvenience.

| Our first night we arrived at 3:00 am due to flight delays and were put in a room w/2 twin beds, even tho' a queen bed was reserved and paid for w/Expedia. At 3:00 am, any bed looked good, but the next day we asked for a change and were given one w/out a problem. In both rooms, we had to ask for wash cloths and hand towels. A very convenient location, but I would look for a different hotel next time.

| Loved the location - right downtown, easy walking distance from South Station, a couple of blocks from Quincey Market, Chinatown, the Common, etc. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, and the price was right. It's a small place, but nothing was skimped. I totally recommend Club Quarters, Boston.

| If you're looking for frills and a lot of extra services, don't stay here. But if you want a decent price on a hotel in the heart of Boston, Club Quarters is OK. Our room was on the small side, but it had all the basics. Bathroom has a shower only, no tub, which was OK for us, but others might want a tub. There were problems with the self-service check-in and check-out equipment when we checked in, so the one person working the desk was quickly overwhelmed. Took a while to get in and our luggage dropped off. One of the two elevators was out of service as well, so it made for long waits to go anywhere. Since this hotel is geared towards frequent business travelers, I would have expected there to be a fridge in the room, but there wasn't one. We would stay there again if we needed an affordable (a relative term in Boston) hotel in the financial district, but otherwise, I'd stay farther out at a different hotel if location wasn't important.

Probably the best value for the location and quality in teh financial district. We ordered appetizers from the restaurant next door, and they were very good. A good find, I'd certainly stay in this location again, and I'd reocmmend it to others looking for a this type of hotel.

| If you have never driven a car in Boston, don't! With so much road work happening all over the city you will never be able to find an up dated map. So when I got lost at midnight while making my way from the airport, I called the hotel and spoke with a very calm and extremely helpful man who guided me to the hotel with ease. Once there, the same man told my wife and I how to get to a late night diner within walking distance since all other resturants had already closed. It was a greasy spoon with alot of character, a mixed clientel, but the food hit the right spot after a long rainy day of travel. This same helpful man also gave us tips on parking since the hotel does not have its own lot. The only problem I had which was not even the hotel's fault, was the sound of road construction early in the morning. Hopefully this will end soon.

| This hotel was okay. It was located just blocks from the Quincy Market and walking distance to the pier where you could take a cruise for lunch and/or dinner. There were two problems that ocurred during my stay. There's two elevators and only one worked during my entire stay, so waitng for the elevator was long. Most of the time, we just took the stairs, since we were on the 3rd floor. Second, when we arrived to our room, there was only towels for one person, so I telephoned for additional towels and we never got them! I found a housekeeper in the hallway and I literally had to track her down and get additional towels. Check-in was an ease. They offer self-service check-in. There's a club room, which offers a fireplace, two internet connection computers and a host of Boston attraction information. The T-stop was only 2 short blocks away. The actual room was somewhat small, but very nicely decorated with a good size swivel flat screen television. The room only had a shower stall, which wasn't a problem, but it should be noted when reservations are made. For the price and the location, it was worth the stay.

Great location with easy access to several T stops.

The king-size bed was covered in a down comforter and the pillows were also down...yeah, super comfy! We were also very pleasantly surprised to find a flatscreen tv in the room! As far as the rest of the room, the bathroom was spotless, there was free wireless internet and did I mention there was a cool tv?! The hotel staff was great as well! There was a good work/eating area in the room. If anything, the bathroom was a bit small, but it wasn't the worst I've been in. The downstairs lounge and the attached pub/restaurant were very nice. | Rooms are small, but very nice. Beds are very comfortable. It seems they took a survey and said, what things are most important to you and what things are nice to have and what things have no impact on the quality of your stay. They eliminated those items that have no impact, but have everything one could possibly want for a business or weekend stay. One room will not be large enough for a family, however.

| We found that Club Quarters met all the conditions we felt we needed to stay downtown and enjoying a walking tour of Bostom. All the interesting areas are within a short walking distance, especially the "Freedom Trail" and the security of the building and the quality of the rooms made us feel very good about our stay. Our needs were met with a sink, a microwave and a small refrigerator. We did not need the wireless capabilities this time, but in the future this will probably be a positive consideration. For tourists who want to save a little money and not have to depend on expensive restaurants for meals, Club Quarters is ideal.

They wanted to send 3 people to another hotel. They found 2 more rooms when we did not accept that solution. I had a roll-a-bed in my room that I could feel every bar and coil in the mattress. Asked for another bed and I'm still waiting on it. People were rude on Wed night. Doubt I will return to this hotel.
